Storehouse barter population

Clear your mind and think beyond the society you grew up in. This is a totally new way of looking at life.

So basically there is a store house that has all items that we use. The stockpiles should be kept at a optimum level by replacing items as they are used. When an item breaks you get a new one and it is replaced. These items are made by us when we get the call to go to work. Everybody in this society works the same 4 hours a week or so(this is a wild guess). If you can't even work 4 hours a week then there's something wrong with you, and you should live elsewhere. That means that this society is broken up into segments of the population that carry out different functions of society. All of the figures below are guesses of the actual percentages of the population that would be used.

2 way radios to know when to go to work. (5% of population to make radios and direct workers when to work) The only reason to use this over cell phones is that cell phones aren't free yet.

All fresh fruits and veggies grown in automated hydroponics greenhouse. Meats are caught in the quantity needed and eaten or smoked. All food is then placed in a communal eating auditorium.( 5% of population to make).

Water comes from a rain catch

No trash is made

Have solar pasteurizing toilets

Only 2 wheeled vehicles so that there are never bad accidents or insurance. (15% of population for fixing and making)

LED lighting. (1% of population to build)

Solar energy, not much is needed.(2% of population to build/install)

Housing are stone structures with wood roofs. (10% of population to build and repair)

Medical(50% of population for schooling, all doctors jobs, technology, and care of the facilities)

Have a police/army force(5% of population) that is controlled by top decision makers proven to have good critical thinking skills in their field of expertise(5 people or so)

School is the same way as now more or less. (3% of population)

Entertainment is the same thing we have now. (1% of population to make)

Internet is unneeded. Except for reading what I've written here.

The only thing I haven't figured out is washer/dryer, and showers.

Now there's no more crime, and no more hurry to get anywhere, and we can all have vacations for most of the year. Have fun sleeping in every day!

Please vote positively if you think this has any chance in this universe of working. But if you disagree please write a comment explaining why these ideas don't work so that future readers can weigh that new information when voting.

How The World Works In Theory

Survival of the fittest: Examples of this are in the natural world. Also if you have a bigger gun you can kill someone and take their stuff. Also this is how war works, lots of stupid soldiers killing lots of other stupid soldiers, doing what their leader wants, all just to make their leader richer. Also in the job world the better or fitter employees get payed more and the unskilled ones get paid less or don't have a job. And if you have more people in your company or army then you are fitter than the other company or army, and can outlast them. Same with if you know more than them or have better technology. Pure capitalism is the same as war but without bloodshed. But that's just another name for survival of the fittest.

Slavery: The confederates won the civil war. There's the slavery we all know of from the past, but did you know that you're a slave to your CEO. Because CEO's get paid thousands of times more per hour than their employees. This is exactly the same pay scale as slaves getting payed in food, because lots of people are the working poor, who don't even have a higher standard of living by working. We only work for an employer because we have no choice because there's no other way to make money for food or anything, in the same way as slaves have no other choice than to serve their master otherwise they don't get food and get whipped. The CEO's put their hordes of people to work in cooperation to produce very useful products, which is also how they built the pyramids, but with slaves.

Vendors: It used to be that people would have a tent on the street and sell their wares and call it a market, but now every item is in one store owned by one CEO called a supermarket. So instead of having homemade things like food and clothes we now have factory made things that are highly complex and made of cheap materials and cost way more than they're worth. We give our boss most of the money we earn and then we give the CEO of the item we're buying the bulk of the price mark up. Meaning we're working way too hard for what we earn and buy. The old way of doing things is not necessarily worse, it's only a different way of doing things.

Bribery: In order to get the government on their side big business bribes them to make favorable regulations and laws. Also police are bribed with a steady pay low paying pay check to risk their lives to enforce the laws that the government enacted. When business and government are in bed together it's fascism. But that's just another name for bribery.

Nepotism: CEO's are not selected by how good they are at doing their job. They are selected from family and friends of the family that started the company. This is also seen in ancient royal families that owned a kingdom. Proof of this was that I saw a kid fresh out of high school working as a pit boss at a casino. This cushy job placement was not determined by the skill of the kid, but the family and friends he had. Not to mention he was a white guy along with all of the other pitt bosses in this so called Indian casino.

Things You Can Depend On

Like the old saying goes by Benjamin Franklin:

Our new Constitution is now established, and has an appearance that promises permanency; but in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.
So those are 2 things you can depend on but also there are others.

CEO's will always have to increase the bottom line. Making products more expensive and paying employees less, and cutting jobs or transporting them over seas. They will also cut benefits until there are none eventually. Say good bye to pensions for retirement like the general motors workers did.

Lawmakers have to make new laws. These laws are to help out companies or to make things illegal that don't hurt anyone. If they could find a way to make under the table transactions illegal they would.

Taxes always rise. Read my lips on this one. And when they cut spending yet still raise taxes that just shows how much politicians can get away with.

Crime only rises. A well known fact is that as the economy goes down crime rises. The only way crime goes down is if you move to a less populated area. In the 50's nobody ever had to lock their doors. The only reason we have locks is because people like to steal things.

Population only grows. God almighty is blessing us because every child is a miraculous gift from god. So then why is it a good thing that demand goes up and supply goes down because of this.

Insurance is a paradox. If you need it, you can't get it. If you don't need it, they'll happily give it to you. If you just want one check up per year that's already factored into the yearly cost so why not just pay the doctor directly. Even with universal health care we will still always pay the same amount to the doctors in the end. The only coverage worth getting is catastrophic coverage. But why pay for that when you can get it for free from state run medicaide?

The economy in America can only go down. Because we are now a world economy, all our jobs are being transported overseas because other countries are now building infrastructure. The dollar is becoming worthless. There is no way for entrepreneurs to succeed when there are monopolies everywhere in America.

Rents and bills only go up. Have you ever seen rents or bills go down?

Accidents will happen. As long as you trust other people in any way shape or form there will always be untrustworthy people or just accidents that they caused and you couldn't prevent.

Change is always for the worse. Based on all of the above, I think you'll agree with me on this one!

Phantom Bills

I've realized now that living in the city is hurting everyone I know. From the rich people to the poor people, everyone.

My dad, and my step mom have nothing saved up at all over all these years and no retirement to look forward to. It's the same with my step brothers and my real brother. Pensions and social security are far from a sure thing now, even if you live that long. Also my step sister has a house and a good paying job but at the cost of it being a horrible job and her house being worth half as much. Also her friend who is having her rental house foreclosed even when she is a regional manager of some company. And might even file bankruptcy.

I was thinking today about why this is, and I think that not having land is a big factor in why when we live in the city it's a loosing proposition. I notice that almost every house has 1/6th of an acre in the city or less if it's an apartment. But because of people not having land, people never have resources to make their own stuff and have to resort to buying stuff from retailers. The problem is that all stores buy at wholesale price and then sell at retail price, but if we made our own stuff we wouldn't have to pay for shipping or overhead or the cost of the retail price mark ups. Except for highly specialized products that require companies.

Reasons that land is needed by everyone:

  • Grow and cook your own food to be healthy and have something to do and save on bills
  • Build your own shed out of wood instead of paying retail for it from the store.
  • Smokers should grow their own tobacco for infinite supply without paying $7/pack
  • We have nothing to do in the cities because everything is done for us and we just pay for it.
  • In the country there's opportunity to build and grow which isn't found in the city.

Other than general retail monopolies, there are also other contributing factors to why everyone loses in the city.

Divorces are expensive and I'm sure mortgage companies know that most couples that buy a house eventually divorce and lose their house.

Also every loan out their including credit cards is just like a tax. They're taking money without producing anything. So that money just disappears from your pocket and the economy as a whole.

Not to mention taxes which are ever increasing and only damage the economy.

Also everyone I know with a college education doesn't have a job in that field. So even becoming educated is extremely risky if their are no jobs in that field, or the jobs get shipped over seas, or your company goes out of business. Not to mention the extreme divotion of time and money for unknown pay off. I know a friend of the family that went to school to become a police officer but right after he was done with school the sheriff of pasco county Bob White announced that there will never be another police officer job opening in pasco county for the foreseeable future.

And in an apartment all of your rent is money just going down the drain. The landlords are not contributing any product to the economy.

Even rich people are loosing because there monthly expenses rise just as much as their monthly salaries and they never save up either. Who would ever think that banks would go under. And big companies too. These people are smart and try to have the least risk possible.

The moral of the story or the lesson to be learned is: The sooner you get out of the city the better. Also time and money equal fun. So have fun. Cities are boring and monotonous. Just ask anyone that moved out of the city, and into the country.

Don't let it become too late and get stuck in the city like everyone else, with no way out, as one of the working poor. Or a manager with no life at all outside of work.

Rules and the Ruling Class

Rules do not reflect reality, because reality has no rules. Rules only reflect the people making them.

The golden rule: The people with the gold make the rules.

I want to live in a place where you can leave your car or house unlocked and never ever have to worry. Also where you can leave a bike on the side of the road without locking it up. We all do these things as kids until people vandalize or steal things and we learn not to. Also we assume everyone is nice as kids but soon learn through experience that everyone is an asshole for no reason. Then we eventually become one ourselves.

Politics: Cutting spending is not in any politicians vocabulary. They're in it for power and control, if you spend more then you have control over people because now "They owe you". The whole idea of monetizing the budget is so the gov can give people money, so that the gov will get more power. The gov buying GM and socialized medicine and all other aspects of society is all about getting more power. This has been called "Obamanopoly".

Money is just a measurement of power. If the government taxes 50% of your monthly income then you are 50% slave to them. And if they ever find a way to tax 100% of your money every month then you will be 100% slave to them. Also monetizing the budget is a way to tax without people knowing it. They print more money and now all the dollars in the US are worth less. And therefor the fed just took money out of your pocket without you knowing it.

The whole financial crisis in California is a good example of where this country is heading. The whole problem would be solved if they cut spending. But they can't cut spending because that's not in politicians vocabulary. So now they have to sell off parts of the state, and legalize marajuana so that they can tax it. They now have a "Sin tax" where eating twinkies is taxable(the twinkie tax). The cost of cigarettes has just gone up $1 a pack as a sin tax, alcohol is the same. It's getting so preposterous that you'd have to be insane to live there. But it's a shame that someday that's what every state in the US will look like becase politicians only want more power and will never want less power. Which is exactly what our founding fathers were trying to avoid.

Rules and the ruling class:
Rules are another form of power. It's the way the man keeps you down. We have so many stupid rules now, and it keeps getting worse. Do the rules protect us? Or are they proposterous? Are rules the only way for society to function?

You're always seeing rich and powerful people in the news these days breaking the rules, and not just that, but getting away with it. Preachers being anointed by God to no longer be gay after being caught. Governors caught cheating on wives, and just saying they're sorry lets them get away with it. Even in these trusted positions with all this power, where we need the most trustworthy individuals, we have them doing untrustworthy things. Even the presidents, like Bill Clinton getting impeached. And Nixons Watergate. Can we even trust our supreme court justices when during every state of the union address they never clap or show any opinion or emotion either way as if they were vulcans. We all know that every human has opinions or emotion, and we're supposed to believe this. How is this fakery trustworthy.

Even when the powerful elite break the law they just make it top secret. If nothing ever officially happened then it can never be against the law, can it. See my top secret post.

If you're rich you don't have to follow the rules. There are no consequences.
When Paris Hilton broke the law and was supposed to go to jail she instead was allowed to stay under house arrest for a few days in her multimillion dollar mansion and then she was off scot free. If the rich have a criminal record it doesn't matter because they won't need to apply for a job any time soon with their net worth. And if they have to pay bail that's nothing. What's a few thousand dollars to a multi millionaire? Why should we follow the rules, if our ruling class doesn't?

What's the point of enforcing the rules if even when you punish a criminal they still commit more crimes afterward as repeat offenders? The 3 strikes you're out rule is a good solution to this though.

People will always follow the rules anyway. Just keep the right group of friends. Because we all have networks of friends, if we ever do anything to hurt anyone then their friends will eventually ask questions and find out and punish you. This also means that you can have rumors spread that are untrue and make enemies for no reason, with the wrong group of friends. Example: Blair witch trials, and tribal witch doctor culture. So our society with no rules would be as bad as tribal culture with law enforcement. Minus any reason cause a fight other than magic, or killing for no reason.

"Where there are no people there are no rules." So if all else fails and martial law is in sight, head to international waters or a developing country in the wilderness, to get away from it all, until all the dust settles. See my survival checklist for how to survive.

I have a little theory though, to solve all of these problems of rules. It's so simple, that it might just work.

I submit that if everything in life were free, then there would be no need for rules! Look to my "Free emporium post" for more details.

Free Emporium

Note: This is purely theoretical, and may only work in theory, not in practice. Humans may not be capable of having a flawless social system. But other creatures like ant colonies and bee hives have been shown to have the capability of a flawless social structure, however unable they are to enjoy it.

My definition of utopia, even if it's impossible is, everything is free of every part of life, or after it is built it is free to use. No rules, no taxes, no bills = no control over you by anybody. Freedom.

The Libertarian or Objectivist ideology is: Everyone can do whatever they want as long as it doesn't negatively impact other peoples lives.

A free community would be a community where:
  • No one relies on anyone.
  • No one needs to be responsible for any one or anything.
  • Nothing is ever stolen because it's free anyway.
  • So who cares even if it's stolen.
  • No need to take things from others by force by killing them.
  • No need to kill to keep people silent if everything is transparent, and no crimes need to be kept secret.
  • No secrets means less stress.
  • Land and resources are free and infinite, so no fighting over land or resources
  • No more homeless because life is so simple that even a baby could run it. Just have food and shelter and internet education, only family is lacking.
  • Nobody has power or control over others
  • Nobody needs power and control because all your needs are already taken care of.
  • You can pass the time by doing meaningful work.
  • No job so no need to be professional
  • No need to keep appointments(no need for watches?)

Side effects of everything being free are:
  • Some rules: For no rules at all, look at a pirate ship on international waters. People can get killed and no one cares. So there have to be some common sense laws like no drinking and driving or killing or rampages, or sexual predators, or blackmailing, or bombing your evil nemesis's house. Just rules that everyone agrees to. The rules may just be a document that everyone living within a certain area agrees to live under and they'd better read it and know the rules. Or with no rules you just pick the people you want to be around and stay out of dangerous situations
  • Socialism: If everything was free then what's the motivator to work at a factory and make new machines, or to research and develop new inventions? If nothing is produced then the economy as a whole suffers. So free things is more suited for a small village rather than a world economy.
  • The summer of love: Had it's own version of the free store which failed because people would donate things but no one would get anything accomplished and eventually they ran out of everything and had to go back to working. But this isn't a thrift store I'm proposing.
  • Dangers: Just know the dangers of this new society of no rules, and avoid those dangers. Like the killer next door or the enemy territory. In the same way you avoid jumping off a cliff. Or have a solution to the danger such as a fire arm. Besides, it's boring to not have a little danger, and adventure.

Free things to start a free emporium with:
  • Garden that grows itself and seeds itself and waters itself. But you still have to do weeding with a weed auger. And have weekly sowing of seeds for longer growing season. Put plastic over part of the garden and remove the plastic little by little. To block out light and water until ready to grow.
  • Free water from a solar distiller.
  • Free wood from a chainsaw and mauler. But the individual must add value by mauling them themselves.
  • free seeds from fruit if they planted them.
  • Free eggs from free roam chickens.
  • Free mulch or wood chips from a mulcher.
  • Free compost from a compost barrel.
  • Free alcohol
  • Free yeast in saved dough.
  • Free everything cookbook with donated recipes.
  • Free Gym and pool under open air roof
  • Internet movies burned to DVD
  • Internet roms and emulators
  • Internet music
Other things that are free to use, in your home or on your own:

  • Air flow by Bernoulli's principle.
  • Alcohol: Let juice sit for a year and then put it into a solar still
  • Chicken eggs.
  • Duck eggs: Better than chicken eggs, just feed the ducks and they'll think it's home, no fence needed.
  • Birds: Just have a gun
  • Fish: Have a big net
  • Turtles: Depending on location
  • Crab: Crab pot
  • Rabbits: Simple snare by tracks in snow.
  • Moccasins made out of rabbit pelt, or deer hide
  • Buck skin wallet
  • Bow and arrow

  • Time is free: Wait out bad weather and only go boating in good weather.
  • Freedom of speech

Rules

Being dependent on others means that you have to follow any rules that they make. Independence is always a good thing but may be looked on as craziness in modern society. People have started living in cities and forgetting how to provide for themselves.
Animals are completely independent so they don't need to follow any rules. If they kill there offspring, nobody cares, or even if they kill and eat their own species nobody cares.
Some democratic and capitalist societies are better than the chaotic anarchy that animals live in.
But in other socialist, and dictating, and communist societies, are worse off than living as an animal because there is absolutely no freedom or independence whatsoever. Look to a previous post on this subject that was done better: "Control"

There are good rules and bad rules. You should never rob others or kill others are good rules to follow. But these rules should be a given and you shouldn't have to be reminded to follow them. But some bad rules are ones like making responsible gun ownership illegal. In other words no more right to bear arms.

Rules only work if they are enforceable. You can always forge the purchase price of a new car that you're buying on the title, to pay less taxes. You can fake your income by having under the table cash payment. You can put your money in a safe deposit box before you die, in order to not pay a death tax and for your kids to get all of it. And they will never check your house under your pillow every night to know if you actually do have a loaded firearm for your own protection(if a new gun law was enacted).
Just about any law that law enforcement doesn't have evidence of you breaking is an unenforceable law.

The burning man movement that takes place every year is all about trading stuff through bardering, under the table, to not have to pay taxes.

In Canada they started taxing cigarettes to make more revenue, and it worked. So they started taxing it some more and they made more revenue. And since they were even greedier they started taxing it some more, but then the revenue started going down. "How could the revenue be going down?" They asked. Well it turned out that people started buying and selling cigarettes on the black market.
And the Fuzzy Philosophical equations are:
Personal Interpretation = Rules²
Enforceable Rules = (+)Evidence
Bad Evidence = Forged/Lost
Good/ Bad = Human Invention
Bad x Created = Exists
Bad x Not Created = Doesn't Exist
Certainty = Death + Taxes(joke:')
Dependence = rules
Independence = no rules

Do Wild Animals Live A Better Life Than You?

Never allow the life you lead to be less enjoyable or trouble free than an animals life is. In other words always lead a better life than an animal leads.
  • When it comes to food, animals always have food unless it's the dry season in Africa. As shown by the fact that they are alive.
  • When it comes to water, animals always have some, as shown by the fact that they are alive. And that there is infinite, free, clean, water from the sky.
  • When it comes to work, animals only have to feed themselves and there offspring and clean themselves. That's it.
  • When it comes to shelter, animals have none, unless they live in caves, or other dry places. But I doubt that they mind the weather because their bodies have been adapted for rain protection and cold protection. And I guess since animals don't have clothes, that being in the rain for them, is like being in the shower for us. And it may even be fun to live out in the real world's weather instead of in the same old boring living room watching reruns every day. The house that we live in, which is only shelter, and warmth, and a place to hoard all of our worthless collectibles, and a place for indoor bathrooms, is one of the highest monthly costs that you will ever pay. Does it really make sense to pay this much, when you can meet all of these necessities on any piece of land with no investment capital all in 1 weeks worth of research and preparation and work. It's just the judgment of other people that we fear. Because if there are so many people living the way that modern society does, then they can't possibly all be wrong. But from a different point of view, there are just as many animals out there that don't live the same way that society does, and they seem to be happy, and doing just fine.
  • When it comes to modern conveniences, ask yourself if they are actually conveniences. If this so called modern convenience requires a monthly bill, ask yourself if the inconvenience of a monthly bill outweighs the convenience of what you're paying the monthly bill for.
  • For entertainment, the TV is always just reruns and fictional stories that have no meaning in reality. Cable has to be paid for every month. And to keep the company growing they plan on increasing the monthly bill, one way or another.
  • As for clothes, animals have none but with modern technology clothes are cheap, so this isn't hard to acquire.
A good animal to try to beat when it comes to quality of lifestyle, is the giraffe. They live one of the calmest easiest and most rewarding lives. They get all the food that they want from the tops of trees, that no other animal can reach, and even eat prickly plants. They hardly ever need to worry about predators because they can run fast and can kill a lion with one swing of their hoof. They get most of the water that they need from the plant life that they eat, but have been known to drink water if they happen upon a water source. They don't require very much sleep at all, but do sleep standing up. And they live in a fun area where the rain is enjoyable to be in when it comes once a year in the rainy season. There is never war in their world, and one giraffe killing another is so rare that it would be like winning the lottery. And even if you want to let out some emotion there is no other people judging you, or doing things to you. Animal arguments never have any legal consequences afterwards. But mostly there is no reason to be angry or complain about anything when you're a giraffe. The only end to happiness is at the end of their life, but until then there is nothing to worry about and no obligations to speak of. Also there are no appointments to keep. So no need for a watch at all (What?!?!? Is that even possible?)(YES!)
If you can beat this carefree of a lifestyle, then you would now be one of the happiest people on earth.

Rushed Lifestyle

The only reason that we need fast cars is because we’re always in a hurry, and need to get to a job or somewhere fast. If we ever, one day, had no need for watches, and keeping time, and were never in a hurry, then there would be no need for fast cars except in ambulances. And anyway I enjoy the journey to places more than the actual destination, because you have to actually find things to do at the destination, and some times there’s nothing to do when you get there, so your better off enjoying the ride. But we would always still need to have fast ambulances. And if we somehow didn’t want to live rushed lives, we could, with today’s technology, have solar powered cars that go just as fast as horses did in the old days. But it would be free to drive, less maintenance, and not cost as much as a horse. And when they come out with 70% efficient multijunction solar panels eventually, then you will have vehicles just as powerful as today’s, that run off of solar power.
A car called "Eclectic" has already been made that is 100% solar powered.
But in the far distant future, in the best utopia possible, we would all have personal helicopters that wouldn’t break down and were easy to pilot. And we’d need infinite energy for them, so that they’d have enough power to take off with any weight and go any distance. This I believe will one day be possible with new energy technologies.
There might also be a market for a new invention of solar paneled motorized modules that pulled a chariot or a carriage behind them and the more power you needed the more horsepower worth of drive modules you would attach to your vehicle.

Absolute Certainty

Is everything or is nothing absolute?
  • If you go 30 miles in one hour you could have either gone 30mph the whole time or 60 miles per hour for 5 minute and 20 mph the rest of the way and still gone the 30 miles in the 1 hour.
  • Good and bad are not absolute as the old saying goes that gold is good for a human but bad for an ass(donkey). But straw is good for an ass but bad for a human. And how we punish people for being bad varies from country to country also.
  • One substance can have different properties at different energy levels even though it is still the same substance. And when combining different substances at different energy levels there are infinite possibilities as to the properties that are desired. Also different densities and amounts of imperfections can give these same substances radically different properties.
  • With so much not being absolute does that mean that death is still absolute?
  • And is the act of saying nothing is absolute, absolute in and of itself.

Anything involving humans is never absolute and is never a certainty.

The only absolutes in civilization are “death and taxes” as the saying goes.

On the other hand nature and physical law is always an absolute certainty

Just look at nuclear physics experiments and what is at stake if they don’t work exactly as predicted, and how many lives are at stake. That’s how I know that god and spirits don’t interfere with things, because sometimes there’s no margin for error. This is why we rely on the laws of the universe to not change erratically.

Gravity will never fail. The sun will always shine, a knife will always cut, energy will never be created or destroyed, there will always be entropy which means there are always new beginnings from the past being erased by time.

We make tools out of nature in order to make survival more of a certainty and easier.

But then humans monopolize or franchise or corner the market in new tools to have control over other humans, who are forced to do whatever the rich guy tells them. This is a form of control which makes the rich person's life more certain but it makes every other humans life less certain.

If it wasn’t for this monopolizing of new ideas then we would have had infra red cook tops 20 years ago. Because it was patented but never used by the owner of the patent until the patent ran out and the rest of the world jumped on the opportunity of using the idea then, 20 years later.

Fun Thoughts To Stir The Imagination

Imagine a world where all of the drinking water that you need is absolutely free. And never having another water bill

Imagine never having an energy bill again.

Imagine a world where it is absolutely free to cook food. There is no energy bill from using a stove. And if you have wood scraps on your property, then there is no fuel cost. And the stove itself was free and easy to build.

Imagine never having to buy matches again, or lighter fluid, or coal brickets.

Imagine never having to buy alcohol or other chemicals again , and instead they just made themselves for free, on the same time scale as vegetable gardens grow.

And imagine that you could wash and dry your clothes instantly and that you didn’t need to fix the washing machine ever again, and that you never paid for detergent or water again, or even had to worry about your clothes shrinking anymore.

Imagine never having to buy gasoline again for your car, and also the car never having to be repaired again or needing oil, but still having the same performance and convenience as a normal car.

Imagine never needing tools, or needing to make complex machines work, or ever having to repair your house again, or mow the lawn.

Imagine never having to worry about crime ever again or being in an accident caused by someone else.

Imagine not having to move all the time and if you did move all the time the furniture never weighed more than 20 pounds, or being awkward to carry.

And imagine never needing to go to the store again, or needing to pay for things, constantly, or being in the crowded stores. But instead your store was the wide open wilderness that you got supplies and food and medical and materials from, and it never ran out of stock.

And finally what if you never had to see bad news on TV or argumentative people, and you didn’t have to worry about anything anymore, and you kept all human made good in your life and had already gotten rid of all human made bad in your life. And because you had a working system with no chance of system failure, that would mean no more worries to be kept in the back of your mind anymore, and you'd now finally be at a point that you can relax and don’t need to do anything anymore unless you want to, so you just decided to sit back and watch the tides come in and the sun set, in total silence, with no end point in site to the perfect life.

This is all possible with today’s technology by yourself or with other people, without having to sacrifice standard of living. And you still get to have the best of all of these ideas simultaneously, and the best of all worlds all at once.

People Tend To Forget....

It has never actually been a bad universe, we only tend to forget what a good universe we actually live in. Either by only focusing on bad parts of life or just not having good memory, or not being reminded regularly enough about good things. Because I was recently reminded what a good world it is.

I've had a bad allergic reaction lately, ever since I moved to Florida. And because it was most likely dust mites, and you can never get rid of dust mites completely, I was beginning to think that there was no cure. But then I started working out vigorously, for a solid hour, 3 times a week at a gym that I recently got a membership to. And the rashes from the allergic reaction disappeared shortly after that. Then I finally remembered something I learned a long time ago but had forgotten. Which was that strenuous exercise boosts your immune system. So I had found the cure for the ailment that was making me annoyed at the world. Which made me realize that I had forgotten how good of a world that this actually was.

So don't believe others when they say that life can't get any better than it already is. Because we live in a good universe that we can tailor to our wants and needs. And which will always provide everything that we want or need. And that people have to create bad in this world for it to exist in the first place. Case in point: Disasters such as the recent earth quake in china killing 50,000 people, are always easily preventable, with some knowledge that you live in an earthquake prone area before you decide to start building. So as humans we can always create either bad in this world or create good in this world. You can either create your own problems or create your own solutions.

Also always have reminders in your life of the good parts of life or the utopia that you will be able to make for yourself later on, and so by only thinking about good things all the time, you will only portray happiness to others, and yourself. Instead of getting caught up in others game of complaining about life or how bad the world is. Which is a false assumption. Like the old saying "Garbage in garbage out". Which can also be expressed as "Put good things into your head and only good things will come out".

Then again it's all in how you look at things. One person can look at auto mechanics and say "That work makes you get disgusting fluids all over you and something is gonna hurt you by burning or pinching or cutting you eventually, so I hate it". But another person could look at auto mechanics and say,"Cars are so cool, and even though working on cars is uncomfortable, it's mind over matter and the rewards far outweigh the risks, and it makes you feel alive, so I think it's fun". So in essence you can find anything fun if you're just looking at it in the right way. Which means some people actually like living in crowded cities while working at a job for most of the day, for their whole lives.

So if I ever do make my own version of utopia, I will never force anyone to "convert" to my way of living, even if it works perfectly. Because every body has their own version of a perfect world, and it's everybody's choice to fashion their own life to their own particular likes or dislikes.

So the universe is a good place. And everybody can tailor the universe to their own particular needs. And always remind yourself of your own personal utopia and how good the world really is and always will be. But don't force you own personal ideas upon others.

Utopia Now: Housing Project/Organization

I plan on putting this on a website that I will reveal later. LATER ADDED: The site never contacted me with registration confirmation.
Also Later Added: When there is ever a 2 or more sides to an argument/issue then there will be an argument between people and potentially even wars. The fact is that there is only ever 1 correct side to an argument, and that is the one based on fact, and all other sides of the argument are either based on feeling or lack of education. So to have a true utopia society there has to always only be only one sided arguments/issues so that there are never enough numbers on both sides of the issue to cause the argument to grow big enough to cause wars. This ideal situation is never possible in the real world, because there are always uneducated people and also human emotions that interfere with logical thinking. So the following "utopia now" post, is from now on, not intended for a whole society and can only ever be useful on a small scale personalized utopia, if you choose to live with these technologies. Because a true large scale society spanning utopia will never be possible in a universe that is naturally imperfect.

---------------------------------------------------------

  • “Utopia” is defined by me as: When your lifestyle cannot meaningfully progress any further than it is at now, based on the laws of physics. This means acquiring only the best technologies with attributes that can no longer be improved upon based on physical law. Or sometimes you have to settle for current technology, which hasn't progressed to perfection yet.
  • This is also based on the assumption that something close to heaven on earth is possible with modern technology, if we can only get around bad people. And it is an ongoing research and development program to create a better and better utopia. With better and better technologies. And the end goal is to have the best of all worlds, and to not sacrifice standard of living in any way. With all new ideas validated or not validated by the scientific method. Ideally no more need to work(let robots do the work), infinite free energy(to tailor the environment you live in to be perfection, using fusion or other energies, like antimatter), no more need for money(so that it doesn't get stolen), and to live forever(with the help of medical technology).

  • None of these ideas are patentable inventions because they've all already been invented and I'm just using them as illustrations to make this new utopia realistic in the real world. And they are only suggested technologies to make this most preliminary of versions of utopia plausible by use of already existing technology. And all of these technologies suggested to make this utopia work, are all only suggestions. That can probably be improved upon in the future, with better technologies. Or the technologies noted can be replaced with different technologies based on your own personal preferences of what your utopia would include.

  • First thing is to provide the housing for the people, which can be made as a totally adobe brick house that is connected within the bricks by wood or metal support structure. This type of structure is extremely easy to build and has extremely low materials costs. And adobe and metal are fire proof. And adobe has extremely good heat retention properties that make it warm at night and cool during the day, but for extremely cold climates you can add spray foam to the inside as extra insulation. But making the clay for the adobe is easy, it can be separated from any dirt anywhere by stirring any dirt in with water, very thoroughly, and letting the particles of dirt settle and then letting the water dry out. And what you are left with is the clay(the smallest particles if dirt) having settled to the top. Just building a good old fashioned adobe house of any kind is just as compatible with use in a utopia, and any information on how to build an adobe style house can be easily and quickly found on the internet. But remember to water proof the adobe with paint because adobe isn't waterproof. And also keep in mind other safety precautions when building and living in the house.
  • Other types of houses use spray foam, or concrete, or a geodesic dome, and half of the house can be located below ground level for the good temperature moderation qualities.

  • People living in these houses can learn to provide mostly for themselves, by learning to grow food, by gardening. Or learning to make, distilled alcohol, which is a good disinfectant and solvent; not to drink. Make your own drinking water with a solar still or artificial aquifer. Or you can disinfect large quantities of water with chlorine. But to get a water source where there previously was none, you could dig a pit, at a low low point on a property, which water naturally collects in. And also learn to repair things like clothes, mechanical devices, and your house.

  • The vehicle of choice in utopia, which includes the best of all worlds, would be an all electric vehicle. Because with new battery technologies coming out, every day, and the old but perfect AC induction motors, it is now possible to make the lowest maintenance highest performance car ever out of all electric. And to power the car, you can just plug it into your solar panels at home, or have electric solar power stations by the road. Ultra capacitors are the enabling technology. You can buy solar panels with the money saved, from not buying gas.

  • For plumbing, the human waste can either be chemically treated with chlorine and CLR septic. Or the human waste can just be burned in a high heat rocket stove, with a chimney for air flow to feed the fire, using Bernoulli's principle. Modern sewage treatment requires awesome mega structures that require lots of money to build and upkeep, but simple small scale solutions are possible, and just as effective. Even solar pasteurizers, if you can make one that works.

  • The lighting for houses within 10 years(now it's 2008) will be OLED, or Organic Light Emitting Diodes, which can cover an entire ceiling as a sheet, and at very low cost when mass produced. This is all because LED's last indefinitely without replacement and are the most efficient artificial light source possible (90% efficient at converting electrons into photons). And it pays for itself in the long run. This technology is already in cell phone displays and in prototype televisions, that are battery powered, yet they still have the best picture quality ever created. But only rich people can buy them at the moment.

  • You could learn to make your own furniture by yourself, out of wood, to furnish your own house. And the feeling of accomplishment from building your own furniture, could be a good enough reason to do it. Or another option is to have inflatable furniture, for less cleaning of dust, and less dust mites, and very easy to transport furniture if you happen to move.

  • Communication would still be done with cell phones in utopia. But the reason for paying a phone bill is only a human construct, because it’s all automated now, with hardly any actual need to service telephone networks anymore. It’s mostly done by transistors and satellites and base stations and cell towers, with only very few maintenance crew, which are only needed during lightning strikes. But in a small town you can always use "walkie talkies" most of the time, unless it’s a long distance call of course. Which is perfect for a small scale utopia. Satellite phones and satellite internet are also available now, if you travel.

  • Cooking could be done on a rocket stove, either made out of clay or tin cans. Or a wood burning oven with a thermometer. Or just a barbecue. But electric cooking is still good if you have a good power supply.
  • There are many types of refrigerators, thermo-acoustic, solar powered ice box, vortex tubes(needs to be sound proof). But also you can smoke your meat, and grow fresh fruits and vegetables, year round, in a greenhouse, with florescent artificial sun lights. And up north, the outside or the permafrost can serve as a refrigerator.

  • Trash is not a big problem if you don't buy things with packaging, and any organic trash can always just be composted.

  • Personal hygiene is important in any civilized society. But there is always more than one way of doing the same thing. If you don't want to waste lots of water, and spend energy to heat it, and have nowhere to put the dirty water when done using it, then an alternative would be to use a rag soaked in some warm soapy water, which they do in log cabins in alaska. But also you can make your own “wet wipes” out of alcohol soaked rags. Alcohol is a solvent and disinfectant, and therefor also a self cleaning liquid. Include lemon scent into it to get rid of any odors. You can produce your own alcohol from any fermented fruit, which you later distill, because fruits naturally already have wild yeast in them. But the remaining things such as shampoo and deodorant are still the best at doing what they do. So they should be done the same way as they always have been. The benefits of these forms of personal hygiene are: (1) no plumbing needed,(2) no need for large quantities of clean water,(3) not as much need for waste treatment of shower water,(4) independence from utility prices.

  • For cleaning clothes, there are now ionizing types of washing machines, that have already been made, that use no soap and that also reuse the water over and over again. which is an alternative to using a bucket of soapy water with a clean plunger to agitate the clothes.

  • For no war, my theory is that all fights are started by someone liking something too much and the other person disliking that same thing too much. In other words “The clash of extreme likes and dislikes”. So if one person weren’t so adamant about disliking that thing so much, or the other person wasn’t so adamant about liking it so much, there would never have been an argument. Case in point: Cows don’t fight with us about having to live in a small field their whole lives because they don’t dislike it enough to fight about it. So the goal is to not have extreme likes and dislikes, and to sweat the small stuff. And also to stay away from controlling people that start arguments. But when there’s no more improvement possible, I.E. in a utopia, then there will finally be nothing left to fight about, because there will be no better life to have to fight for.

  • The economy of utopia would be "macro scale tribal egalitarianism". Which is simply stated as: “If I help my friends out, then they will help me out”.
  • In a new theoretical society, that wouldn't need money, you would instead have stockpiles of goods and services that everyone pooled, and was able to share as long as they kept doing there part of contributing to the world goods stockpile, by working the same amount of hours as everybody else. This is in a sense "job sharing", or distributing jobs throughout the population based on how many people are required for that job.

For education, you would go to school for free for whatever job you most wanted to perform. Otherwise it would be on the job training if you didn't get in the way of other people during critical tasks. You would learn 4 hours per day while the teachers taught for 4 hours per day. The incentive for getting good grades would be that you wanted to live in society, by working as much as others. Because if you didn't work then you'd be kicked out of society, so it might as well be doing what you enjoy doing. That's why you train to do what you want to do.

Some jobs require more manpower like the medical industry or house building construction, so more of a percentage of society would be allocated to those tasks than to other tasks, so that everyone still shared the same 4 hour or less work day.

Each person works a 4 hour day, or so, in society, and there are different percentages of society allocated to each job field of society. For medical there is a lot more of a percentage of the population than other job feilds have, because you need: researchers, physicians, teachers, medical technology manufacturers, and medical technology engineers. So for just a rough example, you'd have out of 100% of the population of earth, 25% would be medical, 20% would be food industry, 10% would be engineers, and maybe 1% would be garbage duty, with all other job categories filling the rest of the 100% of earth's population. But everyone still only works a 4 hour day.

Because of no more need for national defense, form no more wars, military and police would now merge into 1 job description.

Having luxury items(such as entertainment or toys) means that you need people to produce those luxury items, which means that everybody in society has to work more in order to support that new sector of the population that is now producing luxury items for everybody. So in utopia you may choose less work over more luxury items. Or the other way around is possible also.

Some jobs are intermittent in work requirements and you may be on call and have to report to work at irregular times. Also people make items, then they are stockpiled somewhere and supplied to everyone as they are needed as replacements (as in when the item breaks or is used up). And when they run out of that item in the stockpile, then you get a call to go into work again, to make some more of that item, after your break from working.

If someone won't cooperate by producing things or they are always starting pointless fights. Then you can kick them out because if they won't follow the rules then they don't get the benefits of organized society. This may be impossible to avoid with humans always having different opinions about what their utopia would be. So there may still be different nations for different versions of utopia. Which may mean that there would still be war also, if people still can't agree on things.

So a good way to visualize this society is: If you treated it in the same as you'd treat your own family. Like on old homesteads in the 1800’s you would stockpile food after growing it yourself, and parcel it out equally among the family. And you’d stockpile clothes, or supplies that you made and give them to the family or trade with your own family without money or paperwork involved. And the whole family had to do their part, or earn their keep, or else they’d be kicked out of the house. But everyone in the family still worked the same exact hours per day as everyone else, even if it was a lot of hours- Which all is done in the same way that the hypothetical utopia is done.
  • The only reason that you don’t want to use money, is because it has value, and therefore it would get stolen eventually. So if nothing had value, or alternately could not be sold for money, then you would never have stealing. In reality all things don’t really have value, unless we as humans imagine a value. But you could just as easily give your spare things to others who are your friends, or spend your extra time helping friends for free, or spend your time teaching others to make their own stuff. This is essentially free trade without the need for money within your town. And for now this would only be one small scale town with this prototype society, as a test town, only to be able to validate this economic structure.

  • And also you’d want people that would follow the main rule of: “Don’t try to control other people that didn’t agree to be controlled”. Or in other words, only have people that can get along with each other. And any other problems can be solved by the scientific method.

  • But if this lifestyle isn’t your cup of tea, just remember that this way of living may be just as viable as any other way of living. And can always be altered to fit your own personal needs. Case in point: The cave men had just as viable a way of surviving as we do today, as shown by the fact that they survived and we’re sitting here right now. It's just a matter of how high of a standard of living you have, or even just what you personally consider a higher standard of living. And is it so great to have to work more than any other society in history just to keep up our standard of living? And is modern society the greatest standard of living in the end?

The Utopia List (Updated 6 Times)

The above picture has recently been revised to have 1 large door laying on a slant over the entry way, that opens up so that you can go in with no arched spray foam entryway overhang anymore. And the area around the doors needs to be waterproof. This would be just like the storm doors that lead to basements that you can find at "home depot" these days.
This is for making utopia on a small piece of property adjacent to a forest. A.K.A. Making a permanent camp with all the necessary conveniences. Modify this to your personal needs.
A house shouldn't cost more and need more maintenance than you do as a person. Because it's cheaper these days to have children than to have a house.

To see more explanations behind the items on this list, look to: New house design 3/24/08
Warm climate version:
Foundation: none needed
Shape of house: Perfect hemisphere above ground and cylinder shaped wall below ground.
Insulation/heat retention: Spray foam and adobe
Materials needed: Land, Polyurethane foam, metal rods and plastic bags as the form, extension cords, bleach(maybe), chlorine pool tablets(maybe), "CLR septic system"(maybe), alcohol(make own), paint, plaster(maybe), grip clips(maybe), extension cords, solar panels, lead acid batteries, a good inverter, 2 buckets with lids, a home made water distiller, "ChlorFloc" (maybe) a metal grill, some materials for a slanted storm door as entry way
Structural Safety: Unneeded because it's not heavy enough to hurt you or trap you if it collapses. A metal geodesic dome is the strongest structure possible.
Fire safety: Have an inner coating of adobe or plaster and paint over the spray foam and an outer layer of dirt over the spray foam.
Flood safety: Don't live in a flood risk area.
Lightning/Wind storm/Bomb shelter : Use lightning rod, and it is a natural wind and bomb shelter.
Air flow: Cut an opening if needed
Plumbing version(1): Bleach (Made of chlorine), chlorine pool tablets, "CLR Septic System" , 1 or 2 or 3 buckets with lids. The first bucket is left to evaporate, for a week or so. And then just bury it somewhere safe. This could be a ratio of 50%Water/25%CLR/25%Bleach (Or the least amount that still disinfects).
Plumbing version(2): A plastic garbage bag, in the bucket and then burn it, in a high heat wood burning furnace(or a large rocket stove), once a month. And still use conventional toilet paper. But burn far away from houses to not smell the smoke.
Tools: Are unneeded, because only spray foam, and adobe, and it has an easy to assemble form, and all metal things for different parts of house are pre-made, and are only installed.
Reinforcement:
May not be needed, otherwise build a geodesic dome, for the above ground portion. All that is needed is cheap electrical conduit, or even just wood poles, and bolts, see: This video.
Windows:
Cut them out of the spray foam, if needed. And then buy the pre-made windows.
Entryway: Is a ramp in the ground ending at the doorway with a slanted doorway that is water tight, which is also a little bit elevated from the ground in case of flooding during a storm.
Water proofing: Spray foam is water proof. And have a raised portion before the ramp to not allow water to go down the ramp. It is still to be seen if sprayfoam doesn't grow mold.
Lighting: Led's powered by solar panels connected by extension cord built into the walls.(See: LED replacement tubes)
Electric: Solar panels, or wind energy charge "Sealed lead acid batteries". Then an inverter. Calculate power needs with this equation: Watts= Amps(x) Volts
Water: Comes from an artificial pond. Then distilled(see this simple distiller) . Or boiled. Or disinfected with "chlorfloc" and filtered. That is if you aren't using extremely dirty water, or chemically polluted water.
Shower: Home made "wet wipes" Made out of fruit that is allowed to ferment for a year and then is distilled with lemon scent added and then soaked into a rag. (See: simple distiller). Or warm soapy water and rag. But shampoo you'll still have to buy no matter what.
Furniture: Made out of wood or is inflatable(Inflatable is my preferred, at this point in time, if it works).
Vehicle: Is electric super capacitor car. Or use a boat to not have to pay for insurance or fuel, and sail along the coastline. See wind turbine boat.
Air conditioning: A wet shirt that evaporates to cool. A conventional air conditioner. For infinite air conditioning just hook up a solar panel.
Refrigerator: Smoked meat. Then cook it again later when eat it. Year round fruits and vegetables with grow lights takes just as much energy as a fridge. connect a fridge to a solar panel and batteries for night time power, for infinite power source.(See: Diagram of a smoker)(See:Wiki smoked meat)
Cooking: Have a "Rocket stove"(See: This picture of one), Or make a homemade wood burning stove, indoors or outdoors,(See: This picture of one) or a dutch oven. Or a grill or a pan or a hand held flipping grill or a pot. Dishes and utensils can be sanitized over the fire after rinsing and scraping dirt off of. Also see my recipes section.
Dishes/Utensils: Wash by hand in warm soapy water.
Meat/Eggs: Catch it, or hunt it, or farm it. Then smoke it.
Fruit/Vegetables/Spices: Grow year round crops. Or freeze.
Sweets/Dairy/Baked Goods/Nuts/Oil/Specialty: Buy it from store if needed.
Entertainment: DVD's are watched on a computer unless not compatible format, video games downloaded onto computer, books, TV on youtube or a stations website with recorded episodes, if you can get internet. Comic books bought on ebay, then scanned onto flash memory cards and viewed on any compatible screen, then sold back on ebay.
Communication: Cell phone
Trash: None made, or use the toilet waste hole as the trash can too.
Clothes: Water resistant synthetic materials and washed with an alcohol/lemon scent soaked rag on a solid wood frame. Or an ionizing washing machine(which doesn't need soap), or a bucket and clean plunger to agitate cotton clothes in soapy water.
Time: 3 quarts crystal watches and extra batteries for triple redundancy if one fails. They also have calendar function and are water proof. "Fossil" is a good utilitarian brand.
Navigation: GPS.
Government/Working: Egalitarianism of the tribal kind. Help friends so that they will help you. No control over other people except in contracts for agreements. Trade with people with no strings attached. Be self reliant so that you don't participate in the rest of the worlds fighting. And so that you are not subject to rules made by people you don't even know.
No more reason to like or dislike anything anymore to improve life, because no more improvements are possible, so therefore no more arguments or complaining are possible. (See: Source of all disputes). Or just live around people that agree with your own points of view. The best rule of thumb is if you have to make rules not to hurt others, then you're living around the wrong people to begin with.(Also see: Utopia now housing project)
Medical: Use insurance, get the best doctor in the field for the particular illness.
Population of any civilization: Build more houses and expand your boarders if your population is too dense. Or eventual birth control in distant future.
Money just in case needed: Have a job while building the house. And you can always totally live off the land, like a homesteader.
Monthly Bills: Expect only 600$/ mo to be needed at first to pay all bills. Assuming you bought the land outright.(Bills are: Car insurance; medical; taxes; groceries; supplies: alcohol, soap , TP, clothes, etc. ; cell phone).
Pets: Are a liability, or have video game pets or robotic pets. Or inconsequential pets like mice.
Lawn mowing: It is a liability, unless a very low maintenance breed of grass. Or have dirt or stones or gravel.
Garage: May or may not choose to have one.

New house design : 3/24/08 (UPDATED 9 TIMES)

Ignore all of the previous posts about "house designs", for now. Because I'm starting to rethink my design. And I found this professional adobe video
  • Cold climate version:
  • Materials: The only bad building material up north is adobe by itself. But log homes and spray foam or spray foam along with adobe together, should all work up north. As long as you include reinforcement to the spray foam so that a heavy snow fall doesn't collapse the roof. The material of spray foam is better than camp tents because of insulation qualities and also is 100% water proof and can be reinforced with a geodesic dome to make the sturdiest structure possible. Also it's easy to work with, and can be added onto late and easily cut for new doorways or new wiring, and it lasts forever.
  • Heating: And to best heat a house up north is with a "rocket stove" inside the house with a duct going out the roof(Look at this picture of one). Because there isn't reliable solar power for electric heating. And I would add spray foam insulation in the interior for extreme cold.
  • Shower: Use a rag and warm soapy water. Imagine not having any water bill from taking showers. And use dollar store shampoo and dollar store soap(Which are the exact same chemical formula as the name brands).
  • Safety:If you make a spray foam house, have a smaller opening for a door, and a steep berm of dirt put over the dome of the house, to keep bears out. And always have an AR-15 or comparable gun. Pepper spray cannot stop an angry person so it definitely cannot stop an angry bear. Also you may incorporate extra reinforcement, of wood or metal, into the spray foam.
  • Warm climate version:
  • Materials: The same as the materials used up north, except there may not be any need for reinforcement because of no heavy snowfall or animals ever being on the roof.
  • Heating and Cooling: Is all solar powered electric heating and air conditioning. I plan on making a solid state air conditioner some day.
  • Foundation: For an adobe house, the perfect foundation or just floor would be soaked adobe bricks that then dries as the foundation. If a foundation is needed. Because you may only need retaining walls for the sides of the hole in the ground even when the dome is built. And the spray foam should act as retaining walls. And the spray foam doesn't weigh enough to need a foundation.
  • Shape of structure: A perfect hemisphere shaped structure above ground and the other half of house being below ground is the best structure, because of there being even weight distribution along the dome, and the walls of the underground portion act as buttresses for the dome, as the weight is spread outward into the ground walls. Make spray foam dome form and spray from the inside of the structure to have a completely solid encapsulated spray foam structure.
  • Insulation: This is the best house structure because of the extreme heat retention/ temperature moderation qualities of the below ground part of house. Both made out of spray foam and adobe. The spray foam may even perform better than carpeting as flooring. Otherwise just have a hard adobe and plaster floor, or wood floor over that.
  • Material cost: The only costs incurred are buying the land(?$/acre), and metal rods(thrift store tent rods/50$), and spray foam(7$/can x 40= 280$/or x 1,000 cans=7,000$which is even then a very inexpensive house)and thrift store extension cords(5$/each) and garbage bags over the dome structure, as the form for the spray foam to go under, which are later removed(5$), and misc. chemicals for daily life(CLR=5$) (Bleach=5$)(Chlorine pool tablets=10$/mo) (Alcohol=3$/quarter gallon). The excavated ground is used for making adobe to put around the spray foam for extra heat retention. And you would just pile it around the outside of the hole as you dig it to make the house the high point on the property for water drainage purposes. And for less digging. from the excavated dirt becoming higher around sides to make a wall. Now just dig the size of hole you want.
  • Making adobe: First you dig a hole, then you fill it with water, then you fill the hole back in with dirt, and then mix it up. What you will end up with once the hole dries up in 1 day, is clay that has settled at the top and sand that has settled at the bottom of the hole. Now you just skim the clay off of the top, and mix it with sand in the proper portions to make adobe. This is useful for a structural and heat retentive component of a house. You can also include hay mixed in with it, acting as a binding material, for structural adobe. Adobe is also useful when making a rocket stove.
  • Safety: The low profile dome structure is a natural bomb shelter(if you have no certainty about future wars). And it cannot hurt you if it was even possible to cave in, because the only ceiling is composed of 1 ft. spray foam(which is also a structural component). And an inner layer of plaster and an outer thin layer of dirt.
  • Skills needed: It requires no skill, other than proper research and preparation(which is written here) and common sense.
  • Plumbing: This house design requires no plumbing, when you use a bucket with a seat over it, which has chlorine and CLR septic system and water in it, and the waste is dumped out in a safe place after the chlorine has evaporated. May not use the bucket inside of your house, because of chlorine off gassing, because it may give off toxic amounts chlorine gas; which by the way, may not be true because indoor pools do it all the time. So just have an outhouse where you keep the bucket of CLR and Chlorine for a toilet. To be later disposed of in a dug out, safe area. Also CLR septic system liquid which breaks up the solids, is neutralized upon contact with any water. And the chlorine always just eventually evaporates. But instead of bleach you may use chlorine pool tablets for constant chlorine saturation and not being able to waste unneeded chlorine. And just have a cover over the bucket if you need to transport it. And because all of the bacteria is now dead in the sewage, there is no bad smell being produced. And Chlorine may have to be added sometime after the CLR if the active ingredients in CLR are neutralized by the bleach.(This is easily tested by just seeing if the sewage solids are liquified fully when both the bleach and CLR are added at the same time).
Frequently Asked Questions CLR® Septic System: (See: This link)

    WHAT IS A SEPTIC SYSTEM?
A Septic System is a self contained Underground wastewater treatment system. The Septic System is composed of a septic tank and a leach/absorption area.

WHAT IS A SEPTIC SYSTEM'S PURPOSE IN THE HOUSEHOLD?
The purpose of the tank is to treat household wastes. The tank treats the waste by the water falling to the bottom, the solids that are lighter float to the top and the heavier waste/sludge goes to the bottom. The sludge/solids that fall to the bottom must be treated with a Septic System treatment to convert these materials into liquids which then will flow to the drain field.

  • 2nd way of plumbing: Is to use an Ozone generator, that pumps waste water from a container, through an Ozone bubbling chamber, and then back into the waste water container. With an added filter to prevent the pump from getting clogged, and manual agitation of the sewage and extra water mixture to liquefy it for the pump. (This has since been revised, as there is no way to know for certain if the water is actually disinfected, because there is no detector for the saturation of ozone in the water, and the bigger the vat of water to be disinfected the more uncertain it becomes as to the % of water that has been disinfected by the ozone) A better way to disinfect water that Ozone, would be a section of pipe with UV bulb that shines through the pipe disinfecting any water that passes by that section of pipe. But the bulb does have a life expectancy, and will need to be replaced eventually, maybe someday a solid state UV bulb will be invented that won't break. And can be solar powered. We have infinite clean water that comes from the sky, and for the desert we have atmospheric condensers, or underground water. So there never was and never will be any shortage of water. Just a shortage of utilizing what we have.
  • 3rd way of plumbing: Just have a garbage bag in a bucket for a toilet and take it out when full, and then put it into an incinerator oven that disintegrates the waste. But make sure that it's far away from the house or neighbors, to not smell the smoke.
  • Dome shaped form: You may put arch shaped metal rods(camping tent poles attached together) along the inside of the hole, and a screen of some kind over that (Plastic garbage bags will work). And then put the spray foam insulation layer as a moisture barrier, and as a structural substrate, for putting dirt on top of. Which would then not even need water proofing on top of. Research : polyurethane foam properties(follow link) But if it turns out that the spray foam isn't 100% water proof like it should be, then just put a second waterproof paint coating over that.
  • Need to test: So I need to test the strength of polyurethane spray foam with reinforcement incorporated into it. Also the moisture barrier qualities of the foam. And how big of a dome that has 12 inches thick of adobe, that the metal rods and foam would support. And how fire proof it actually is. LATER ADDED: I tested the structural integrity of spray foam and it has the same weight and strength of material as "styrofoam" or a really hard "nerf ball". It does rip and compresses when you stand on it. So don't stand on your house once it's built. LATER ADDED: I tested it's water proof qualities and it passed with flying colors. I made a bowl out of spray foam, and filled it with water, and the water just sat on top for hours and hours, and the bottom was completely dry afterward also. LATER ADDED: I also tested how fire retardant spray foam is by using a lighter on it. And it failed that test. So since spray foam is not fire proof, your best bet to fireproofing it is to put a thin layer of adobe or plaster on the inside of the house. And a thin layer of dirt on top of the outside dome of the house. This way the heat doesn't get through to the spray foam. And may need an emergency exit like a window if the door is blocked. And in case of a brush fire I would cut down all of the tall foliage that may be surrounding the house.
  • Reinforcement: Is not needed if the dirt layer on top of the spray foam is thin enough. But if used, the reinforcement could be bent metal rods in the shape of the house. Made out of any metal that doesn't corrode(my choice is flexible tent poles). Or electrical conduit as structure. And encapsulate them in spray foam. Which also fills in the gaps between the metal rods. If you make the dome of the house into a metal geodesic dome then you have the strongest structure possible. See: This video on making geodesic domes. Another option is just have translucent (not transparent) tarps over the geodesic dome, shingled over the dome with "grip clips", that retain heat when the sun is out. Just like a green house, which would only be used in a temperate climate.
  • Fire/Lightning/Flood/Tornado/Wind: The spray foam is not fire proof, so cover the inside of it with adobe, that is the consistancy of mayonaise, and then put paint over that. Then cover the outside with a layer of dirt. Lightning should be conducted away with a lightning rod. Flood? Don't live in a flood prone area. Tornadoes cannot even dent this house. Also don't live too close to a group of trees which may fall on the house during a storm. Or that can catch fire during a brush fire. And have an emergency exit also.
  • Doorway/windows: Make sure to leave holes for a door and small south facing(in cold climate) windows. For air flow and accessability. Or have sections cut out of spray foam that take out or put back in as portholes, that can open or close depending on the weather, that also have a screen over to keep the bugs out.
  • Airflow: You may need air flow that does not let light in, when the portholes are closed. Even though people do completely seal their houses anyway all over the place if the weather is too cold or too hot. You don't want the house to be so perfectly air tight and water tight and insulated, that it's like in the movies where you only have 2 hours worth of oxygen left inside the house every time that you close the door.
  • Entryway: This has recently been revised to have a 1 hinge "basement door" attached at an angle over a ramp into going down into the house, instead of an arched entryway.
  • Waterproofing: Make sure that the front of the entryway is above ground level in a way that will not let water down the ramp, into the house. And the spray foam provides water proofing.
  • Lighting: Have LED replacement bulbs for florescent light fixtures. Or when it's available within the next 5 years get a sheet of flat white OLED's that you put on your ceiling. Ones that require only a battery and a solar panel and just the Led's without an added high voltage inverter, would be best.
  • Electric: Have extension cords built into the walls coming from solar panels and new non- lead acid batteries or sealed lead acid batteries that are low maintenance, and an inverter just in case needed. And all of your devices then just need their own transformer to get the right amount of energy. But have a separate low power usage device system that is not reliant on an inverter. Because with the right technology high power may never be needed. The only power consumption is from a laptop computer, house lighting, and maybe a TV/DVD player depending on the need for one. Anything else is just extra depending on your personal tastes for the lifestyle you want. But remember, more complication means more things to hassle with when they break. Use this simple equation to figure out how much power you need. Watts= Amps(x) Volts (fill in the data to get the size of solar panels needed to power the sum of all devices, day and night. And the size of battery bank needed.). In a real utopia you would have super capacitors that stored the solar or wind energy that powered the home.
  • Water: Have an artificial pond dug out nearby. That will gradually fill itself with water. Or all at once after a storm. Then filter and chlorinate some of it, when some is needed for use. For drinking water use "Chlor. floc.". Or boil it. Or distill the water with the simple distiller Shown here. Imagine never paying a water bill.
  • Shower: Use alcohol soaked rags(Which is the same thing as "wet wipes"). Or warm soapy water, and rag. You make the same movements and exert the same energy by using a rag, as by taking a shower.
  • Clothes Washing: Have non water absorbent materials such as 100% nylon or acrylic. And clean them on a frame with an alcohol soaked rag. Alcohol works as a solvent and is antibacterial, and with lemon extract added, it will smell good. Or for conventionally washed cotton, have a bucket of soapy water that you agitate with a clean plunger. But if you wash conventionally you have to pay for cleaning fluid.
  • Alcohol: Make your own by fermenting any fruit. And then distilling it in one hot container, for the original alcohol to be in, and one cold container for the condensation, which are both connected and sealed by tubing. Or use the distiller shown here. Imagine never paying for cleaning chemicals. And you just leave it for a year and it makes itself.
  • Furniture: Have inflatable bed and maybe even furniture, to keep down dust mites, and to produce less dust to clean. And make your own wood furniture, because it's simple enough. Carpet is the weirdest invention that humans have ever come up with. they need replacement frequently, cause dust, offgas fumes from the glues in them, and need a vacuum cleaner for the soul purpose of carpets. Just have solid floors with spray foam insulation under them and use a "swivel sweeper" to sweep them, or just a broom and dust pan.
  • Vehicle: Use the same technology that everyone else does. I did some research on making biodiesel that you can see here. But I may make my own electric charging stations in the future, by buying small pieces of land all around the state and putting a solar panels on them to stop at with my electrical vehicle of choice. All with the money I save by not paying a mortgage each month. Electric will easily outsell internal combustion cars when the gas prices are 6$/gallon. So our society will never have to revert to living without vehicles.
  • Heating: Use an electric heater, because solar power is reliable in temperate climates.
  • Air conditioning: Some kind of solid state cooling that doesn't break and is energy efficient. There are "wick fans" that cool a water soaked wick by evaporation and are energy efficient, and don't break. But that produces humid air. A sterling engine is nice to have. Being in the below ground portion of house is cooler, if you don't let sunlight in. Just conventional air conditioners work fine but I thought of a solid state version that will work in the future see it here.
  • Refrigerator: May not be needed if you smoke your hunted meat(See: This diagram of a smoker), and otherwise eat fruit and vegetables. See Smoked meat on Wiki. But if it's needed then just use the conventional fridge, or a new solid state energy efficient version, if there is one. As in sterling engine. But for infinite energy to power the fridge you should definitely invest in a solar panel and batteries to power it forever, without paying a monthly energy bill forever.
  • Cooking: Is done on a "Rocket stove"(See: This picture of one), and if you need an oven then use a large box with a chimney as a wood burning oven, or just a dutch oven. Otherwise use a grill or a pan or a hand held flipping grill or a pot. Which all can be sanitized over the fire after rinsing and scraping the dirt off of.
  • Dishes/Utensils: Wash by hand in warm soapy water.
  • Fruit/Vegetables/Spices: Grow year round crops in cold and hot weather outside and in a greenhouse with growlights. Or freeze crop overruns if you live up north.
  • Meat/Eggs: Catch it, or hunt it, or farm it. Then smoke it. Having chickens can be like having any other pet, if you only ate their eggs. Buy traps, or make one out if some cord. Go spear fishing with a homemade bow and arrow(See how to make them here)
  • Sweets/Dairy/Baked Goods/Nuts/Oil/Specialty: Buy from store if needed.
  • Entertainment: Is needed because going on nature walks can only entertain you for so long before you want to watch TV, but then again that's way more fun to some people. So may buy TV shows on DVD or watch TV shows on youtube, If you can find a way to get satellite internet on your property.
