Are Czars Being Appointed?

Where in the constitution....?

(Note: They don't call themselves "czars", they officially call themselves "policy advisers".)

I have a simple question that no one seems to be able to answer: Where in the Constitution does the President of the United States of American get the power to create "Czars" who are answerable to nobody except Obama, have the power to control by edict, and are in charge of virtually anything Obama wants, without any type of oversight? We're NOT talking about cabinet positions here. Cabinet candidates must be approved by congress, czar do not. They answer to no one but Obama.

Here is a list of the czars that Obama has appointed so far. I'm pretty sure this will NOT be the final list.

Here is Article II, Sections 1-4 of the Constitution where Presidential powers and limitations are spelled out. Am I missing something? Or, have we offically thrown the Constitution out the window? Do we have a President, or should we give a more appropriate title to Obama?

Article II

Section 1.

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows:
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.
The Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot for two Persons, of whom one at least shall not be an Inhabitant of the same State with themselves. And they shall make a List of all the Persons voted for, and of the Number of Votes for each; which List they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the Seat of the Government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted. The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed; and if there be more than one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately chuse by Ballot one of them for President; and if no Person have a Majority, then from the five highest on the List the said House shall in like Manner chuse the President. But in chusing the President, the Votes shall be taken by States, the Representatives from each State having one Vote; a quorum for this Purpose shall consist of a Member or Members from two thirds of the States, and a Majority of all the States shall be necessary to a Choice. In every Case, after the Choice of the President, the Person having the greatest Number of Votes of the Electors shall be the Vice President. But if there should remain two or more who have equal Votes, the Senate shall chuse from them by Ballot the Vice President.
The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.
The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be encreased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the United States, or any of them.
Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--''I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.''
Section 2.

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.
Section 3.

He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information on the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.
Section 4.

The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

How to build your own coral castle

Why build a coral castle?

• Short of creating a lava house, natural stone has a stronger chemical bond than cement or even brick or any other artifical stone. Therefore it is a stronger building material and will last longer, and be more structural.
• Instead of paying for bricks or cement why not get a better building material that is also free. Natural quarried stone on the property. Building a house entirely from sweat equity, instead of needing investment capital and a 30 year loan.
• It will last forever and be a tourist attraction while you live and after you die. And the proceeds can go to charity.
• The house will stay cold in the summer and hot in the winter from the thick heat retentive stone walls.
  
• You can build the structure in such a way to promote natural airflow by having a chimney on top that forces air upward when the wind blows, by use of Bernoulli's principle(fast moving air has lower air pressure).

How to construct a stone castle:

There are many ways to accomplish this, but the root of it all is weight and leverage as Ed Leedskalnin always said. So instead of hauling one bag of cement at a time to build a giant wall of cement you would just move a huge stone wall all at once, but only inches at a time. like Archimedes said "give me a lever long enough and I can move the world".

I have several theories about moving large stones using leverage. One is to have a big "T" shaped crane with a pully chain over the top from one side to the other. On one side you have the stone to be lifted and on the other side you have the counterweight. With a pully system the counterweight is minimal, but it would theoretically work with out pullies even. This crane could move the blocks up and down within 360 degrees of its reach.

Another method is to make the block into a wheel then prop it up and roll it. To make it into a wheel, mark it's center of gravity by balancing the stone on a small rock. See Wally Wallington's experiments into this. You drill a hole into this center of gravity and another hole along the outside of the stone and place a steel pipe in the shape of an "h" in both holes this is the axle and locks the pipe to the stone. To prop up the stone use the Wallington method of putting planks undernieth the stone but to rock it side to side you use a ratchet tie down of industrial strength(high breaking weight) and high leverage. Or just a strong cable and a truckers hitch(also see video for an alternate method). Now if you prop up the stone onto 2 mobile segmented platforms on either side of the stone, then you can roll the blocks along the platform to anywhere you want it, moving the segments at the back of the platform to the front of the platform.

Another way to roll sturdy stones is to put a cable under it then over the top, both ends leading to your position. Then have one end bolted to the ground and the other end as a pully system. This way as you pulled the rope it would roll the stone in the direction intended. But it would also fall on its flat side a lot as it rolled, so it would need to be strong rock. This is a good method of moving long rectangular stones, if you have 2 cables around the stone. A side effect of this method may turn out to be that the heavier stones just slide along the cable and never actually flip over.

But I theorize that for the heavy stones Ed Leedskalnin made "A"-frame legs in a circle around the 30 ton block, protruding out of the rock, and sort of rolled the block on its extended A-frame legs, with a pully system pulling the top of the block to get it rolling slowly. A lever from the center to the top of the block is what the pully would be pulling.

How to cut the rock:

I prefer the simpler method of getting a concrete saw with a diamond faced carbide tip blade and then maybe stone splitting wedges and shims for large blocks. And the machine would be powered by a portable gas powered electric generator. Later as you assemble the rocks you will want to assemble them in the same positions that they were originally cut from the stone. This is how the stones at Machu Picchu were so perfectly aligned so that you're not able to get a piece of paper between them. Because they were assembled in the same orientation that they were quarried.

The roof:

I think based on a show about Machu Picchu that the roofs there were made of wood because all of the roofs are missing pointing to decomposed organic wood roofs. Also the Machu Picchu buildings had "A" shaped walls meaning they had wood beams spanning the roofs. But I don't know how they made it water proof. The good thing about Machu Picchu though is that lots of the stones were small, so you can still make large structures out of small stones.

Windows:

Have a rock beam along the top of the window to hold any rocks above the window. The windows at Machu Picchu were small. You can also make shelving on the inside of the structures walls in this same way with a wall behind the window.

Inventions for the future

I plan on making these inventions soon but it requires a lot of materials searches which means time. These are all solid state and self powered. Inventions that use physical laws, effects and principles are the best inventions because they never fail.

But they are only theory until tested and proven.

Solar distiller: Has a cone shaped translucent top on top of a shallow pan that holds any distilled liquid, the undistilled or "dirty" liquid is inside of a cup in the middle of the cone enclosure. take cone off and use the liquid left in the pan. Utilizes: Condensation and the greenhouse effect.
Solar heater: Have a glass or acrylic box with a heat absorbent material inside of it like black rocks or cement chunk or whatever. Also have 2 small holes on either side of the enclosure one is the air intake side and one is the air output side. On the air output side you have a tube leading to the house with an on/ off nozzle inside of the house. And even further beyond that on the roof of the house you have a chimney which uses Bernoulli's principle to force air upwards providing the air flow needed to force the hot air inside. Utilizes: Greenhouse effect, heat retention, bernoulli's principle.
Later added: I now think that the better way to make a house now is in the ground or in a mountain as a cave house. This way you never need any air conditioning at all. So instead just use the following invention as a distilled water maker.
Free air conditioning and free distilled water as a biproduct: The simple version for AC only is to have a tube inside of a bucket with both ends leading out of the bucket, then fill the bucket with gravel and then fill with water(the water is a good conductor of heat). Then bury the open lid plastic bucket 10 feet underground. have a mesh cage on the outside end of the tube to keep bugs out, and have the other end of the tube inside the house with an adjustable on/off nozzle. And beyond that there would be a chimney in the roof that uses bernoulli's principle to create the air flow necessary for the underground cooled air to flow into the house.
Later added: I recently revised this invention to only be made of small tubing, which means that it is self draining because as air flows through the thin tube and creates condensation along the way, and the water droplets grow bigger, eventually the water droplets will get big enough to block the air flow in the tube, meaning that the water will be pushed all the way out of the tube by the air flow, and into whatever container you have at the other end.

However, this would always create condensation inside of the tube because of the temperature differential. So to take advantage of this you would have a small container in the bottom of the bucket with the air tube entering and exiting this small distilled water container. As the water collected in this container, being the low point, it would then go into one more tube leading out of the bottom of the distilled water container and up above ground and into another bucket that had an open top which also acted as a chimney, so that when the wind blew the bucket would have a lower air pressure, effectively you are now converting low air pressure into a water pump(like sucking a drink out of a straw). I call this aerodynamic pumping. To pump to greater heights you need a bigger chimney top and a thinner water tube.

Also translating the aerodynamic pumping invention into a way to automatically water plants is fairly straight forward. Once you have built up water pressure it's only deciding what to do with it(automatic sprinkler). Also have an artificially dug storm water retention pond to supply water into perpetuity.
Utilizes: Bernoulli's principle, condensation, stable year round underground temperatures, conduction, artificial pond, aerodynamic pumping

Best Air Conditioner Invention

If you had solid state fan such as an ion fan (Web search under "solid state fan") Here's the Thorrn Micro Technologies site link.

And you had solid state cooling such as the a Bismuth telluride thermo couple, which utilizes the thermo electric effect.
Then if you attached a solar panel to those air conditioners you would have infinite cold air production.

This is the very best air conditioner that is possible with the current laws of physics. Because this is solid state and will never break down and can be made to any temperature. But it does have the one draw back of not being the most efficient form of cooling. Which is not a draw back if you attach a big enough solar panel to it.

LATER ADDED: The following quoted from wikipedia under "thermoelectric cooling":

Thermoelectric junctions are generally only around 5–10% as efficient as the ideal refrigerator (Carnot cycle), compared with 40–60% achieved by conventional compression cycle systems (reverse Rankine systems like a compressor). Due to the relatively low efficiency, thermoelectric cooling is generally only used in environments where the solid state nature (no moving parts, maintenance-free) outweighs pure efficiency.

But what I think about this is that I guess I just like the solid state nature of thermoelectric even if they use more energy. So as long as you have a large enough solar panel then you won't have to worry about the energy usage. And you also never have to recharge it with freon or have to worry about finding the hole that the freon is leaking from. And it makes absolutely no noise, which by the way anybody would appreciate having a more quiet house. Any rich person would prefer this technology because of it being so user friendly, and energy expenditure is meaningless to rich people.
Also it can be tuned to the temperature that you want most by only having a potentiometer(also called a variable resistor) and it has to be the right sized potentiometer to never be able to burn out the thermoelectric cooling plate. So you need the thermo electric module's specs for this reason.
And if you can find lots of cheap cooling plates, all you have to do is stack them for a compounded cooler end plate, with only the need for one ion fan. And less demand would be put on each individual plate, when combined.
Web search the phrase "Thermoelectric cooler" for products that you can buy. But be sure to only buy a product that comes with specs, so that you know all of the things that you can and cannot do with the device for maximum performance, without the device ever being able to burn out.

Analysis paralysis

Don’t over analyze things, just do it.

Don’t do lots of calorie counting or other diet plan calculations unless you like calculating. All you really need to know is less calories absorbed and more calories expended = Weight loss. Just do it in a healthy way to avoid health problems later on. So again just do it, and think happy thoughts while exercising, or don’t even care if you feel pain. Ignore that feeling.
Another way to just do things is to set up fool proof systems. Such as just not buying bad food at the store forces out the thought process of deciding on whether to eat the leftover cake in the fridge or the healthy food right beside it. When it comes to life, lots of avenues to success are to just try, try again. Which means that you actually have to fail as a means of learning to succeed. Also called the school of hard knocks. You don’t become a professional athlete by thinking it through and then automatically being the best in the world. The real world is the best teacher, because when you test it, it gives you absolute proof of how the world around you really works. This can also be seen as using the scientific method, of theorizing and properly actually testing those theories.
You can never convince yourself of all of the positive or negative consequences or out comes to a Project because of the Butterfly effect and the comedic rule of “Murphy’s law”. The universe is infinitely complex and infinitely detailed with infinite outcomes. Or in other words infinite causes and effects.
So in the end the best advice is still, just do it. As long as you don’t do anything foolish, or you are incompetent to perform the task. So for that reason, always prepare yourself for anything you do by doing proper research and preparation, and in the end you can have confidence in your own knowledge and experience. And also always have confidence in your ability to think on your feet and solve new problems as they arise.

Control

People only yell or get angry or insult things when they have no control over those things.
But some things you aren’t supposed to have control over in the first place like other people.
That’s why you never see doctors or scientists ever get angry or yell at things, because they’re in the business of controlled experiments and being in control.
I personally get angry when other people are controlling my life and I can’t stop them from doing that.
All technology has been made to control the universe. And some people take it upon themselves to control other people with that technology or infrastructure. See: Absolute certainty for more on this.

Society: Everybody wants to have total control over their own life. This is a problem in society. In society too much control over people is a totalitarian dictatorship, and too little control would supposedly look like the movie mad max in total anarchy.
Animals live in total anarchy, but if you are the animal at the top of the food chain then you have control over the other animals but they have no control over you.
This is the same in society when the rich guy has control over the poor people but the poor people have no control over the rich people.
This is the same as military, when the guys with the bigger guns have control over everybody else in the world but the small unarmed countries have no control over the bigger countries.
In other words,"It's good to be the king". And it sucks to be the little people with their lives under other peoples control.
So is it a balance between chaos and control that makes a good society? I say as long as you have complete control over your own life but you have absolutely no control over other peoples lives, then that would be the best society. This is actually the libertarian philosophy. But still even if a libertarian country was created it could possible still be corrupted some day.


But in the end the only way to have a perfect society is to have only good people in that society, which means having to cure the entire human race of all mental illness. In other words a perfect society is not possible.

An Unfinished Artificial Intelligence Idea

Learning program

When it is invented, will make more money than anything. Because then robots will be able to perform complex tasks for us(cooking, cleaning, fixing, building). And will be able to be friends to us.

Communication: Robots would communicate to each other through tones in the same way that “R2D2” does. This is a much easier to decode language that would be captured by hearing devices. And may be translated to us through a translator earphone. And we can also talk to them or ask them a question. This may require a new, and less complex language than english for a robot to understand questions and sentences.

The way to make a learning robot is cause and effect and to learn from mistakes. Positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement.

Questioning, as a means to learn the universe around them: To fill in blanks left in the robots universe, it should ask us, Who what when where why. Because we don't know what it knows or doesn't know unless it asks.

When they know that gravity effects objects then they know to aim above an object they are throwing a ball at, in a parabolic arch.

Vocabulary: They must have a vocabulary to be able to describe the universe around them. Each word is given a tonal code in order for us to tell it that work in tones and for it to translate those tones into the word.

The robots must always ask why about everything, and store the answer, to know the answer to that question later on in life.

Vision: must be just as good as ours and they must be able to know what they are seeing and also predict that objects actions. But vision may not be necessary for a mostly talking robot. Also objects can have Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Chips on them so that the robot can know what the item is and that items properties so that it knows how to handle that item. And later on it can learn what the item looks like and not even need the RFID chips at all to recognize something.
Also you need a "spacial actualization program" in the brain knowing where an object is and what shape it is and how big it is in relation to you. That's where 3-D vision comes in handy. If your robot sees a stuffed animal they need to be able to recognize what it is without turning it around which means being able to fill in gaps of information with assumptions. Magic isn't possible also so the robot needs to differentiate between plausible explanations of what the object is and reject implausible explanations. For instance filling in the blanks when asked "What is in the front yard right now", it's usually not answered with "a pink elephant".
And they need a way to differentiate between different shapes and be able to make up novel descriptions of newly shaped objects attributes that they come across. And be able to differentiate the relevance of different attributes of an object. Example: To recognize a teddy bear we see it's facial features and shape and texture and we know that is is a teddy bear. So describing physical attributes is key to being able to recognize objects.

Neural memory banks: And the robot would tell you when its memory banks were full so that you could buy them another flash memory drive.

And we could copy their “mind” and download it onto a second clone robot.

Use it or loose it. When the robot hasn’t done something for a while it will forget (or "erase" if you will) that information making them have to problem solve again in order to find a new way of doing that same thing. Sort of like pushing the reset button on a video game. In order to come up with new novel approaches to solving problems.

Problem solving: Is done by having a goal and finding a way to reach that goal, which will not need second chances to accomplish. And if the attempt at reaching a goal fails you must consider risk and reward. If the risk is someone dieing then don't even attempt trying to reach your goal unless absolutely sure of success.
Problem solving, and real world based critical thinking, is key for original thought processes or sentience.

And imitation is key to passing, already perfected ways of doing things, onto new generations for a head start in life.

Eventually after a mass produced copy of an already advanced working learning robots mind is made it will be called a "personality chip" as a more specific term than just the generic term "artificial intelligence chip".

An unfinished infinite music idea

Creating infinite chart topping music

First map out all 4 note combinations (or more or less notes) that are possible based on there being a-g notes, and also variable speeds of those notes.

Then randomly select a 4 note combination to add onto a song in the process of being made, and see if it is a good add on to the song.

Most song writers get stuck in a rut and can’t get new music ideas other than the same monotone that they’ve already done before, due to the lack of imagination by only liking/ making/or thinking about a certain type of music. And you also have to be in the zone or be a genius, in order to have musical breakthroughs all the time. But with this new method you are certain to come up with new ideas as long as you sort through enough note combinations.

Also you can have a music program that creates original music spontaneously. Although this would not be very good music and so you would need a learning program to know what kind of music emotes, in a way that humans can relate to.

Maybe you can think up new and creative music all in your mind if you listen to enough music.

This is what somebody I met that was in the music business said when I asked "what makes someone a musical genius". And he responded "You have to just listen to a lot of music".

The Final Revolution Is...

The only things written below that are fact, are what is written in bold lettering, and can be easily referenced on "Wikipedia".

The Antimatter revolution. Once we can create antimatter or any other source of energy just as powerful and perfect as antimatter, then we will have the ability to make any kind of material with any property that we can imagine. Transparent aluminum. Structures of any material that are harder than diamonds. Or we will be able to just pass straight through walls. Which is called super fluidity.

And with super fluidity, you can partially pass one object partially through another object and then take away the super fluidity charge, and what you are left with is a solid joint between 2 objects that is the strongest joint that you can possibly make, and all without the need for tools.

Other than super fluidity we will have super conduction at room temperature, which intern creates perpetual motion motors that never loose energy within their circuit. But they keep outpouring mechanical energy. I could prove to the world today that you can make a perpetual motion machine in the outer solar system because the extremely low temperature allow natural superconductors which could run a motor indefinitely, with net gain of energy. Ruining the patent offices stance on perpetual motion machines being impossible.

We will also have super strength materials. And also super tenacity materials.

Materials all can emit light at these high energies, the same way that lightning bolts and static electricity emit light, making it possible for walls to emit light, as long as the energy source never fails. This is instead of using conventional light fixtures that can break.

We will be able to produce artificial gravity and artificial anti-gravity, based on gravity being one and the same as static electricity. Which itself entails gravity plates, and tractor beams made of gravity fields, and gravity propulsion made out of extremely powerful capacitor banks.

We will also be able to manipulate the speed at which time flows. Because time is relative. And as Einstien explained, at high speeds(a form of energy) time slows down for the moving object, relative to the outside rate of time. And if it is possible to slow time down one way, and there are always more that one way of doing the same thing in this universe, then I theorize that other types of high energies, can also effect the rate of time. Namely by using high electric fields to effect the rate of time on a charged object. And that entails that you may be able to travel for hundreds of years in space and have it only seem like 1 year inside of the space craft. But then of course you'd arrive back at your planet and your friends would have aged 100 years against your 1 year.

For space travel you just need to distort time and space and material properties with high energy fields that never fail(as in superconductors), and then you will be able to travel through celestial objects that are in your path of travel, unscathed. Such as asteroids. This is due to your ship having the properties of a super fluid and as you approach an object you will impart your charge onto it making it a super fluid as well, as you touch it, therefore passing through it. And if that doesn't work then have an ion beam that imparts a charge onto an approaching object which would make it a super fluid. Maybe super fluidity is partly the same effect as how high voltage electricity can pass through any material also. Just off setting the atomic charge that says an atom is solid.

These are not the only technologies that will be discovered though. There are also lots of other technologies that don't use super high energies that will also be extremely useful in the future. Such as medical technology where we will be able to live indefinitely, and machining technology, and radio frequency technology, which can stall car engines, and can kill specific types of cells or infections in the body, and can send signals through any substance without attenuation, and computer/robot/artificial intelligence technology, and other unknown sciences yet to be discovered.

Also these high energies may not be easy to use on earth because of electric arcing making you loose your charge. But space is alternately the perfect place for these high energies to not dissipate and for gravity to not be an influence. And for you to make a perfectly comfortable and indefinitely lasting habitat.


The facts supporting the above theories are:

• The only thing giving substances their properties is the electron charge ratio of the atom, with less of a charge or more of a charge it can connect with other materials and with a balanced charge it is inert. But if you give the atom a high enough voltage that offsets the atomic charge, does it become a super fluid in the same way as electrons do at high voltages? And are atomic bonds just a form of partial super fluidic welding of two materials together?
  
• Electricity can be transformed into Cooling or Heating in multiple ways. Namely in thermo electric effect, compressors, electrical resistance.
  
• At high enough voltages electrons can pass through any substance easier. This is fact, the following is not. But at extremely high voltages you may get superconductivity where there is no energy loss within the wire. If this happens then you may be able to make a super conducting magnetic motor that keeps pumping out more mechanical energy than electrical energy dissipation, and the super conduction cycles the motors energy indefinitely. Which is good for perfect autonomous space travel power generation. Theoretically this is how the "alien grey's" spaceship technology works, which is a separate kind of technology than what the project Serpo aliens use.
• Antimatter has a negative electric charge, which makes it the highest stored amount of energy known. This is fact, the following is not. And if you can harness antimatter's potential energy, it can offset any of the positive charge of this universe. Which means nullifying all of the physical laws of any material to you own personal choosing. In the same way as nullifying the effects of a substances is possible by balancing their electrical charge. Like how nitrogen is inert, under the usual balanced charge circumstances.
  
• Static charge emits light.
• High gravity objects emit heat. This is fact, the following is not.This is my theory of spontaneous emission. When dense enough atomic charges, like in the center of planets are present, you get emission of infra red light particles spontaneously. Gravity may have the side effect of infra red radiation only because of the "energy density" of the center of the planet creating spontaneous emission of the infra red wavelength or higher in the same way as high energy density of static electricity emits its own light. Which would infer that all earth like planets and larger should always be volcanic forever, and smaller ones may only sometimes be volcanic from tectonic stresses alone. And it may explain why Jupiter emits heat radiation even though it doesn't emit visible light.
  
• Einsteins theory that there is time dilation when the speed of an object increases, which has since been proven by the atomic clock on a plane experiment. Cross referenced with an atomic clock on the ground.
  
• Relativity: I explained in the same that we explain freeze drying food. Under certain conditions the ice in the food does not turn into a liquid but instead turns into a gas immediately. Which is called sublimation, and only occurs at relative air pressures. This is what I find somewhat analogous to my theory of materials portraying completely new properties of any kind, under certain relatively high energy conditions.
  

Utopia Now: Housing Project/Organization

I plan on putting this on a website that I will reveal later. LATER ADDED: The site never contacted me with registration confirmation.
Also Later Added: When there is ever a 2 or more sides to an argument/issue then there will be an argument between people and potentially even wars. The fact is that there is only ever 1 correct side to an argument, and that is the one based on fact, and all other sides of the argument are either based on feeling or lack of education. So to have a true utopia society there has to always only be only one sided arguments/issues so that there are never enough numbers on both sides of the issue to cause the argument to grow big enough to cause wars. This ideal situation is never possible in the real world, because there are always uneducated people and also human emotions that interfere with logical thinking. So the following "utopia now" post, is from now on, not intended for a whole society and can only ever be useful on a small scale personalized utopia, if you choose to live with these technologies. Because a true large scale society spanning utopia will never be possible in a universe that is naturally imperfect.

• “Utopia” is defined by me as: When your lifestyle cannot meaningfully progress any further than it is at now, based on the laws of physics. This means acquiring only the best technologies with attributes that can no longer be improved upon based on physical law. Or sometimes you have to settle for current technology, which hasn't progressed to perfection yet.
  

• This is also based on the assumption that something close to heaven on earth is possible with modern technology, if we can only get around bad people. And it is an ongoing research and development program to create a better and better utopia. With better and better technologies. And the end goal is to have the best of all worlds, and to not sacrifice standard of living in any way. With all new ideas validated or not validated by the scientific method. Ideally no more need to work(let robots do the work), infinite free energy(to tailor the environment you live in to be perfection, using fusion or other energies, like antimatter), no more need for money(so that it doesn't get stolen), and to live forever(with the help of medical technology).
  

• None of these ideas are patentable inventions because they've all already been invented and I'm just using them as illustrations to make this new utopia realistic in the real world. And they are only suggested technologies to make this most preliminary of versions of utopia plausible by use of already existing technology. And all of these technologies suggested to make this utopia work, are all only suggestions. That can probably be improved upon in the future, with better technologies. Or the technologies noted can be replaced with different technologies based on your own personal preferences of what your utopia would include.

• First thing is to provide the housing for the people, which can be made as a totally adobe brick house that is connected within the bricks by wood or metal support structure. This type of structure is extremely easy to build and has extremely low materials costs. And adobe and metal are fire proof. And adobe has extremely good heat retention properties that make it warm at night and cool during the day, but for extremely cold climates you can add spray foam to the inside as extra insulation. But making the clay for the adobe is easy, it can be separated from any dirt anywhere by stirring any dirt in with water, very thoroughly, and letting the particles of dirt settle and then letting the water dry out. And what you are left with is the clay(the smallest particles if dirt) having settled to the top. Just building a good old fashioned adobe house of any kind is just as compatible with use in a utopia, and any information on how to build an adobe style house can be easily and quickly found on the internet. But remember to water proof the adobe with paint because adobe isn't waterproof. And also keep in mind other safety precautions when building and living in the house.
• Other types of houses use spray foam, or concrete, or a geodesic dome, and half of the house can be located below ground level for the good temperature moderation qualities.
  

• People living in these houses can learn to provide mostly for themselves, by learning to grow food, by gardening. Or learning to make, distilled alcohol, which is a good disinfectant and solvent; not to drink. Make your own drinking water with a solar still or artificial aquifer. Or you can disinfect large quantities of water with chlorine. But to get a water source where there previously was none, you could dig a pit, at a low low point on a property, which water naturally collects in. And also learn to repair things like clothes, mechanical devices, and your house.

• The vehicle of choice in utopia, which includes the best of all worlds, would be an all electric vehicle. Because with new battery technologies coming out, every day, and the old but perfect AC induction motors, it is now possible to make the lowest maintenance highest performance car ever out of all electric. And to power the car, you can just plug it into your solar panels at home, or have electric solar power stations by the road. Ultra capacitors are the enabling technology. You can buy solar panels with the money saved, from not buying gas.
  

• For plumbing, the human waste can either be chemically treated with chlorine and CLR septic. Or the human waste can just be burned in a high heat rocket stove, with a chimney for air flow to feed the fire, using Bernoulli's principle. Modern sewage treatment requires awesome mega structures that require lots of money to build and upkeep, but simple small scale solutions are possible, and just as effective. Even solar pasteurizers, if you can make one that works.
  

• The lighting for houses within 10 years(now it's 2008) will be OLED, or Organic Light Emitting Diodes, which can cover an entire ceiling as a sheet, and at very low cost when mass produced. This is all because LED's last indefinitely without replacement and are the most efficient artificial light source possible (90% efficient at converting electrons into photons). And it pays for itself in the long run. This technology is already in cell phone displays and in prototype televisions, that are battery powered, yet they still have the best picture quality ever created. But only rich people can buy them at the moment.
  

• You could learn to make your own furniture by yourself, out of wood, to furnish your own house. And the feeling of accomplishment from building your own furniture, could be a good enough reason to do it. Or another option is to have inflatable furniture, for less cleaning of dust, and less dust mites, and very easy to transport furniture if you happen to move.
  

• Communication would still be done with cell phones in utopia. But the reason for paying a phone bill is only a human construct, because it’s all automated now, with hardly any actual need to service telephone networks anymore. It’s mostly done by transistors and satellites and base stations and cell towers, with only very few maintenance crew, which are only needed during lightning strikes. But in a small town you can always use "walkie talkies" most of the time, unless it’s a long distance call of course. Which is perfect for a small scale utopia. Satellite phones and satellite internet are also available now, if you travel.
  

• Cooking could be done on a rocket stove, either made out of clay or tin cans. Or a wood burning oven with a thermometer. Or just a barbecue. But electric cooking is still good if you have a good power supply.
  

• There are many types of refrigerators, thermo-acoustic, solar powered ice box, vortex tubes(needs to be sound proof). But also you can smoke your meat, and grow fresh fruits and vegetables, year round, in a greenhouse, with florescent artificial sun lights. And up north, the outside or the permafrost can serve as a refrigerator.
  

• Trash is not a big problem if you don't buy things with packaging, and any organic trash can always just be composted.

• Personal hygiene is important in any civilized society. But there is always more than one way of doing the same thing. If you don't want to waste lots of water, and spend energy to heat it, and have nowhere to put the dirty water when done using it, then an alternative would be to use a rag soaked in some warm soapy water, which they do in log cabins in alaska. But also you can make your own “wet wipes” out of alcohol soaked rags. Alcohol is a solvent and disinfectant, and therefor also a self cleaning liquid. Include lemon scent into it to get rid of any odors. You can produce your own alcohol from any fermented fruit, which you later distill, because fruits naturally already have wild yeast in them. But the remaining things such as shampoo and deodorant are still the best at doing what they do. So they should be done the same way as they always have been. The benefits of these forms of personal hygiene are: (1) no plumbing needed,(2) no need for large quantities of clean water,(3) not as much need for waste treatment of shower water,(4) independence from utility prices.
  

• For cleaning clothes, there are now ionizing types of washing machines, that have already been made, that use no soap and that also reuse the water over and over again. which is an alternative to using a bucket of soapy water with a clean plunger to agitate the clothes.

• For no war, my theory is that all fights are started by someone liking something too much and the other person disliking that same thing too much. In other words “The clash of extreme likes and dislikes”. So if one person weren’t so adamant about disliking that thing so much, or the other person wasn’t so adamant about liking it so much, there would never have been an argument. Case in point: Cows don’t fight with us about having to live in a small field their whole lives because they don’t dislike it enough to fight about it. So the goal is to not have extreme likes and dislikes, and to sweat the small stuff. And also to stay away from controlling people that start arguments. But when there’s no more improvement possible, I.E. in a utopia, then there will finally be nothing left to fight about, because there will be no better life to have to fight for.

• The economy of utopia would be "macro scale tribal egalitarianism". Which is simply stated as: “If I help my friends out, then they will help me out”.

• In a new theoretical society, that wouldn't need money, you would instead have stockpiles of goods and services that everyone pooled, and was able to share as long as they kept doing there part of contributing to the world goods stockpile, by working the same amount of hours as everybody else. This is in a sense "job sharing", or distributing jobs throughout the population based on how many people are required for that job.
  

For education, you would go to school for free for whatever job you most wanted to perform. Otherwise it would be on the job training if you didn't get in the way of other people during critical tasks. You would learn 4 hours per day while the teachers taught for 4 hours per day. The incentive for getting good grades would be that you wanted to live in society, by working as much as others. Because if you didn't work then you'd be kicked out of society, so it might as well be doing what you enjoy doing. That's why you train to do what you want to do.

Some jobs require more manpower like the medical industry or house building construction, so more of a percentage of society would be allocated to those tasks than to other tasks, so that everyone still shared the same 4 hour or less work day.

Each person works a 4 hour day, or so, in society, and there are different percentages of society allocated to each job field of society. For medical there is a lot more of a percentage of the population than other job feilds have, because you need: researchers, physicians, teachers, medical technology manufacturers, and medical technology engineers. So for just a rough example, you'd have out of 100% of the population of earth, 25% would be medical, 20% would be food industry, 10% would be engineers, and maybe 1% would be garbage duty, with all other job categories filling the rest of the 100% of earth's population. But everyone still only works a 4 hour day.

Because of no more need for national defense, form no more wars, military and police would now merge into 1 job description.

Having luxury items(such as entertainment or toys) means that you need people to produce those luxury items, which means that everybody in society has to work more in order to support that new sector of the population that is now producing luxury items for everybody. So in utopia you may choose less work over more luxury items. Or the other way around is possible also.

Some jobs are intermittent in work requirements and you may be on call and have to report to work at irregular times. Also people make items, then they are stockpiled somewhere and supplied to everyone as they are needed as replacements (as in when the item breaks or is used up). And when they run out of that item in the stockpile, then you get a call to go into work again, to make some more of that item, after your break from working.

If someone won't cooperate by producing things or they are always starting pointless fights. Then you can kick them out because if they won't follow the rules then they don't get the benefits of organized society. This may be impossible to avoid with humans always having different opinions about what their utopia would be. So there may still be different nations for different versions of utopia. Which may mean that there would still be war also, if people still can't agree on things.

So a good way to visualize this society is: If you treated it in the same as you'd treat your own family. Like on old homesteads in the 1800’s you would stockpile food after growing it yourself, and parcel it out equally among the family. And you’d stockpile clothes, or supplies that you made and give them to the family or trade with your own family without money or paperwork involved. And the whole family had to do their part, or earn their keep, or else they’d be kicked out of the house. But everyone in the family still worked the same exact hours per day as everyone else, even if it was a lot of hours- Which all is done in the same way that the hypothetical utopia is done.

• The only reason that you don’t want to use money, is because it has value, and therefore it would get stolen eventually. So if nothing had value, or alternately could not be sold for money, then you would never have stealing. In reality all things don’t really have value, unless we as humans imagine a value. But you could just as easily give your spare things to others who are your friends, or spend your extra time helping friends for free, or spend your time teaching others to make their own stuff. This is essentially free trade without the need for money within your town. And for now this would only be one small scale town with this prototype society, as a test town, only to be able to validate this economic structure.

• And also you’d want people that would follow the main rule of: “Don’t try to control other people that didn’t agree to be controlled”. Or in other words, only have people that can get along with each other. And any other problems can be solved by the scientific method.

• But if this lifestyle isn’t your cup of tea, just remember that this way of living may be just as viable as any other way of living. And can always be altered to fit your own personal needs. Case in point: The cave men had just as viable a way of surviving as we do today, as shown by the fact that they survived and we’re sitting here right now. It's just a matter of how high of a standard of living you have, or even just what you personally consider a higher standard of living. And is it so great to have to work more than any other society in history just to keep up our standard of living? And is modern society the greatest standard of living in the end?

Perfect House Design: Version 2

Perfection is not obtainable, and is only theory, so the goal is to make the "most" perfect life for yourself that is possible based on the laws of physics and the most current technologies available. So the "most" perfect life is the goal. This is only one version of life that one person may look at as the most perfect. Everybody has a different opinion of what their personal utopia would comprise.
The above 2 pictures show what is needed to make an adobe house which works just as well as my previous design of a spray foam house, as long as the adobe was water proofed with liquid vinyl paint or plaster. This is an above ground house that most of the materials for are free, except for the steel reinforcement rods(could use bamboo or other hardwood) and the water proof paint.

In order to get clay to be mixed in with the adobe mixture: Dig a hole in the ground and mix up some dirt with water to make a thick mud. And when the water is completely saturated with dirt, you let the hole totally dry out within a day. And in the end what has settled to the top of the mud pit was the smallest particles in the mud which are called clay. Now skim the clay off the top and mix it with some sand to make adobe.

Less Is More:Theory (updated 1 time)

• Cooks use this theory to tell students that if it's good produce and meat you can't make it any better because any seasoning added would just block the natural flavor which sells itself.
• Business people use this theory to not let out the secrets of their success until they've already succeeded. Keeping your mouth shut has it's benefits.
• People tend to create too full of a plate for themselves. They have way more friends than they can keep up with. They have a pet that they always will have to consider before going on vacation. They get a job that takes up all of their time. They add so many extra luxuries and luxury items to their lives that have to be payed for that they have to get a better job or work more hours to pay for. Which is what will take up all of your time, and most of your life. Working for others at high interest into their pockets, and creating more work for yourself than the luxuries of life are worth. Look to "Utopia now" about how it's economy works, for a more in depth understanding of this theory.
  
• People rack up too much debt in America and will be in debt to others essentially forever. Which means they take out a loan on a house because they can't buy it outright which means paying one of their biggest monthly bills, every month, for 30 years. And because they now have no way of saving extra money from paying a costly mortgage every month, they will have to take money out of the house in a refinance, if they ever want any money to do a project. But the worst part about these loans is that in the first years of the mortgage it is paying 100% interest to the lender. Which means if you ever move to a different house within the first years of the mortgage, or you ever refinance, then all of that money payed toward the mortgage in the following year, is 100% interest on the loan, or 100% loss on your money and into the pocket of the person you pay your mortgage to. Quite frankly, it's a better financial decision to live at campsites.
  
• Simple technologies always have less maintenance than complex technologies.
• Everyone wants the simple life, with less problems, and less liabilities.

Henry David Thurough: As you simplify your life, the laws of the universe will be simpler; solitude will not be solitude, poverty will not be poverty, nor weakness weakness. Our life is frittered away by detail... Simplify, simplify, simplify. Most of the luxuries, and many of the so-called comforts of life, are not only not indispensable, but positive hindrances to the elevation of mankind. With respect to luxuries and comforts, the wisest have even lived a more simple and meager life than the poor.

Albert Einstein:Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.I believe that a simple and unassuming manner of life is best for everyone, best both for the body and the mind.

Culmination Of All Endeavors

This is when what your entire life has been building up to until this moment. You will see this part of life, that everyone wants to experience, at the end of every good movie, or good video game. Everyone has a different program that their brain wants to carry out eventually. But most people never realize what their ultimate personal purpose is. Unless they have lots of time to think about it. But then once you've achieved your ultimate life's goal, you realize that you've reached a place where there's nothing left to do now, and that you can finally stop trying and relax for once because you're finally done doing what you've always wanted to do. Is it the feeling of being at ultimate peace with ones self. Or is it feeling multiple emotions at once. Or is it the final realization of reality. Whatever it is, this is what we all hope to achieve in our life story. But usually in life there is no definite ending, but only indefinite continuation of the same old, boring, mundane life. But hopefully you and I and everyone else will finally have this most supreme of insights into life. The feeling of finally being done and at the end of the story. But then not knowing what's next.
(See: The ending of "The Good the Bad and the Ugly"; See: The ending of "The Abyss"; See: The ending of "Conan the Barbarian") All of these movies and many more have tried to capture what they call the climax of the story. But that I call "the culmination of all endeavors".

If the theory of utopia, or heaven on earth being possible, is proven to be fact, then I will finally be happy, and be done with my life. My goal having been achieved, I can then break all ties with the world and be able to rest on a tropical island somewhere where there is nothing but the sound of ocean waves. And no more bad thoughts or things left to worry about, ever again.

The source of all Disputes

The only real rule to society should be:

• Don’t associate yourself with controlling people

• And if you don’t control others unless agreed upon, then you’ll have more friends around you.

• And to settle which person has to move out of the area in an actual argument, It’s done by majority rule as a mediation. Or just kick them both out. Just like in tribal cultures.
  

Now to explain the reasoning behind the above ideas.

These days, disputes are settled by arguing, fighting, and war. But that can change.

• Fact: Different views and ways of life are just as valid as yours, or work just as well because in this universe there are always multiple ways of doing the same thing. Case in point: The cavemen were just as good at surviving at life as us, and may have even had less work to do during the day to maintain their standard of living, although lower.

• Fact: Nothing is really yours. Everything is actually part of the universe, and will be returned to it after you’re done temporarily using it. Possession is a human construct, and needs humans to enforce the rule.

• Fact: In the real universe there is no war. Only humans have war and it is unique in the history of the universe only to humans. It is only used by humans to solve arguments.

• Fact: Cash value is a human invention. So if you live in a tribal egalitarian society there is no need to steel. Just help your friend and they will help you. And the only value in an object is time taken in building it and materials cost. But you can give your extra time as charity or for fun or just something to pass the time. And you can collect materials for free from your surrounding wilderness, and get them at a distance with simple trade. In egalitarianism.

• Fact: Rules are a human invention used to control other humans. Usually made by people in power to maintain power. If you have to make a rule to not kill another human, then you're living around the wrong kinds of people to begin with. People can only force you to do things if you let them, or allow people controlling you, to be a possibility in the first place.
  

• Fact: There is always going to be a percentage of the population that is clinically insane. So the object is to not live around those people. And to let them make each other’s life miserable.

• Fact: There is no such thing as vandalism in the real universe, if there are no possessions. But it is an indicator of insane/dangerous people behind the vandalism.

• Fact: There is never a need to judge others way of life, it’s their choice not yours to make for them.

• Fact: In the real world there is no such thing as likes and dislikes. Only a fact based logical universe. Case in point: One person can like and dislike some things, while another person can like and dislike totally different things. I predict that children are less prone to ideals breaking up friendships, and therefor they have more friends, because they haven't learned extreme likes and dislikes yet. And by the way, they stay away from controlling people (AKA: Bullies, which now have less friends).

The key to all disputes is one person liking something too much and another person disliking the same thing too much. If one of them didn't like or dislike that thing so much there would never have been an argument. It is only when 2 extreme likes and dislikes clash that there is ever a dispute. Case in point: Cows don't seem to dislike being couped up in a small field their whole lives. So they don't tend to fight with us ever. So the goal to life is to not like and dislike things too much. And at that point you'll never have any more arguments. But of course you would want to make your life progress somewhat, rather than just stagnate like a happy cow, content living in a tiny field for the rest of your life. But when your life has already improved to the point where practically no more significant improvement is possible, I.E.(in effect) In a utopia, then you no longer need to disagree with any part of life too fanatically. And you can now be a happy society with no reason to complain. In your homemade utopia, only incorporate people into it that don't have extreme likes and dislikes, which are argumentative. But I tested this thought process and it gets extremely boring not having any likes or dislikes(imagine not liking anything). So in the end you need to have some emotions that make life interesting. So the 2 ways to live without arguing are either be around like minded people, or don't have likes or dislikes in the first place, that can clash with anyone else's.

You might argue:

We have to help our fellow man. Or. Don’t you care about other people?

We don’t call people like Saddam Hussein “our fellow man”. Also would you have empathy if you had a proven utopia and people still chose to either start fights or live around the people who started fights. And cause their own torment?

Benjamin Franklin said it best “People get the government they deserve”.

The best way to solve an argument, is to not be around people who start them.

The Utopia List (Updated 6 Times)

The above picture has recently been revised to have 1 large door laying on a slant over the entry way, that opens up so that you can go in with no arched spray foam entryway overhang anymore. And the area around the doors needs to be waterproof. This would be just like the storm doors that lead to basements that you can find at "home depot" these days.
This is for making utopia on a small piece of property adjacent to a forest. A.K.A. Making a permanent camp with all the necessary conveniences. Modify this to your personal needs.
A house shouldn't cost more and need more maintenance than you do as a person. Because it's cheaper these days to have children than to have a house.

Warm climate version:
Foundation: none needed
Shape of house: Perfect hemisphere above ground and cylinder shaped wall below ground.
Insulation/heat retention: Spray foam and adobe
Materials needed: Land, Polyurethane foam, metal rods and plastic bags as the form, extension cords, bleach(maybe), chlorine pool tablets(maybe), "CLR septic system"(maybe), alcohol(make own), paint, plaster(maybe), grip clips(maybe), extension cords, solar panels, lead acid batteries, a good inverter, 2 buckets with lids, a home made water distiller, "ChlorFloc" (maybe) a metal grill, some materials for a slanted storm door as entry way
Structural Safety: Unneeded because it's not heavy enough to hurt you or trap you if it collapses. A metal geodesic dome is the strongest structure possible.
Fire safety: Have an inner coating of adobe or plaster and paint over the spray foam and an outer layer of dirt over the spray foam.
Flood safety: Don't live in a flood risk area.
Lightning/Wind storm/Bomb shelter : Use lightning rod, and it is a natural wind and bomb shelter.
Air flow: Cut an opening if needed
Plumbing version(1): Bleach (Made of chlorine), chlorine pool tablets, "CLR Septic System" , 1 or 2 or 3 buckets with lids. The first bucket is left to evaporate, for a week or so. And then just bury it somewhere safe. This could be a ratio of 50%Water/25%CLR/25%Bleach (Or the least amount that still disinfects).
Plumbing version(2): A plastic garbage bag, in the bucket and then burn it, in a high heat wood burning furnace(or a large rocket stove), once a month. And still use conventional toilet paper. But burn far away from houses to not smell the smoke.
Tools: Are unneeded, because only spray foam, and adobe, and it has an easy to assemble form, and all metal things for different parts of house are pre-made, and are only installed.
Reinforcement: May not be needed, otherwise build a geodesic dome, for the above ground portion. All that is needed is cheap electrical conduit, or even just wood poles, and bolts, see: This video.
Windows: Cut them out of the spray foam, if needed. And then buy the pre-made windows.
Entryway: Is a ramp in the ground ending at the doorway with a slanted doorway that is water tight, which is also a little bit elevated from the ground in case of flooding during a storm.
Water proofing: Spray foam is water proof. And have a raised portion before the ramp to not allow water to go down the ramp. It is still to be seen if sprayfoam doesn't grow mold.
Lighting: Led's powered by solar panels connected by extension cord built into the walls.(See: LED replacement tubes)
Electric: Solar panels, or wind energy charge "Sealed lead acid batteries". Then an inverter. Calculate power needs with this equation: Watts= Amps(x) Volts
Water: Comes from an artificial pond. Then distilled(see this simple distiller) . Or boiled. Or disinfected with "chlorfloc" and filtered. That is if you aren't using extremely dirty water, or chemically polluted water.
Shower: Home made "wet wipes" Made out of fruit that is allowed to ferment for a year and then is distilled with lemon scent added and then soaked into a rag. (See: simple distiller). Or warm soapy water and rag. But shampoo you'll still have to buy no matter what.
Furniture: Made out of wood or is inflatable(Inflatable is my preferred, at this point in time, if it works).
Vehicle: Is electric super capacitor car. Or use a boat to not have to pay for insurance or fuel, and sail along the coastline. See wind turbine boat.
Air conditioning: A wet shirt that evaporates to cool. A conventional air conditioner. For infinite air conditioning just hook up a solar panel.
Refrigerator: Smoked meat. Then cook it again later when eat it. Year round fruits and vegetables with grow lights takes just as much energy as a fridge. connect a fridge to a solar panel and batteries for night time power, for infinite power source.(See: Diagram of a smoker)(See:Wiki smoked meat)
Cooking: Have a "Rocket stove"(See: This picture of one), Or make a homemade wood burning stove, indoors or outdoors,(See: This picture of one) or a dutch oven. Or a grill or a pan or a hand held flipping grill or a pot. Dishes and utensils can be sanitized over the fire after rinsing and scraping dirt off of. Also see my recipes section.
Dishes/Utensils: Wash by hand in warm soapy water.
Meat/Eggs: Catch it, or hunt it, or farm it. Then smoke it.
Fruit/Vegetables/Spices: Grow year round crops. Or freeze.
Sweets/Dairy/Baked Goods/Nuts/Oil/Specialty: Buy it from store if needed.
Entertainment: DVD's are watched on a computer unless not compatible format, video games downloaded onto computer, books, TV on youtube or a stations website with recorded episodes, if you can get internet. Comic books bought on ebay, then scanned onto flash memory cards and viewed on any compatible screen, then sold back on ebay.
Communication: Cell phone
Trash: None made, or use the toilet waste hole as the trash can too.
Clothes: Water resistant synthetic materials and washed with an alcohol/lemon scent soaked rag on a solid wood frame. Or an ionizing washing machine(which doesn't need soap), or a bucket and clean plunger to agitate cotton clothes in soapy water.
Time: 3 quarts crystal watches and extra batteries for triple redundancy if one fails. They also have calendar function and are water proof. "Fossil" is a good utilitarian brand.
Navigation: GPS.
Government/Working: Egalitarianism of the tribal kind. Help friends so that they will help you. No control over other people except in contracts for agreements. Trade with people with no strings attached. Be self reliant so that you don't participate in the rest of the worlds fighting. And so that you are not subject to rules made by people you don't even know.
No more reason to like or dislike anything anymore to improve life, because no more improvements are possible, so therefore no more arguments or complaining are possible. (See: Source of all disputes). Or just live around people that agree with your own points of view. The best rule of thumb is if you have to make rules not to hurt others, then you're living around the wrong people to begin with.(Also see: Utopia now housing project)
Medical: Use insurance, get the best doctor in the field for the particular illness.
Population of any civilization: Build more houses and expand your boarders if your population is too dense. Or eventual birth control in distant future.
Money just in case needed: Have a job while building the house. And you can always totally live off the land, like a homesteader.
Monthly Bills: Expect only 600$/ mo to be needed at first to pay all bills. Assuming you bought the land outright.(Bills are: Car insurance; medical; taxes; groceries; supplies: alcohol, soap , TP, clothes, etc. ; cell phone).
Pets: Are a liability, or have video game pets or robotic pets. Or inconsequential pets like mice.
Lawn mowing: It is a liability, unless a very low maintenance breed of grass. Or have dirt or stones or gravel.
Garage: May or may not choose to have one.

How I plan on travelling when gas is too costly

Later added: It's not going to be too costly. So ignore this idea.
I plan on buying tiny lots of land all over the state, after I start saving money every month on not paying rent or mortgage or other bills when I build my house(AKA: Permanent camp). Then once I purchase another extra small lot of land I will install a solar panel that is just enough to recharge my electric vehicle. So in essence I will be making my own personal charging stations all around the state. So that I can be safe when the price of gas reaches 6$/gallon. And also it will be free energy after the panel is bought and the land is bought outright. I may even market the locations of the charging stations, to make some money off of whoever wants to buy my energy. But obviously that would require mechanical means of only pumping energy when money is inserted into the solar station. And security measures to prevent vandalism.
But mostly this idea is only to provide myself a personal infrastructure to be able to travel when all other forms of travel are too expensive.
And eventually make long distance routes to my favorite places to travel.
Also when gas becomes 6$/gallon food prices will sky rocket because of most food being imported from other states. So you'd better be able to grow enough food for you to eat on your own piece of land, instead of being dependent on stores.
And by then the dollar will be worth so little that it will be on the verge of being worthless which means all of your personal wealth should be in the form of resources such as metals or supplies. So go to the bank and take out all of your life savings in nickels and pennies and gold "cougerands"and silver.
But that's just what rich dad poor dad says on his website. In reality what may happen is that the dollar is replaced by electronic money. Or something like credits. Because the dollar is still worth a value as long as people still use it. Because we have the most stable currency in the world from it not being reliant on the world gold prices which radically fluctuate. Making it better for businesses that need to know how much their money will be worth after they get payed. Instead of questioning the future value of the money of their country. In other words the American dollar is good even if the dollar becomes worth less that a penny, as long as the currency is stable and theirs still a way to make it work without actual coins.

The Mind Of A Child

When I was a kid I enjoyed it. So I like to figure out how I had so much fun back then.

• Children haven't distinguished themselves from the outside world yet. Somewhat like not having a notion of self, or self aware at a very young age. And therefor they think that everyone is just the same as them. If they're happy then the whole world must also be a happy place. But as you get older you separate yourself from the outside world and make a personality that you stick with for the rest of your life, that is separate from everyone else. And you are now less open to change or new ideas or skills. When the world is a part of you mentally then you don't close out the ability to learn from others. This is why autistic people can't learn things. And they believe the source of autism is a lack of mirror neurons. Which is the way you can copy others mentally.
  
• Don't think in words(this may be why no one can remember their childhood, from the brain using a different/foreign language as a child). Because when you think in words you are now labeling things in your head. This leads to prejudices, and bias. Because now you have to call things names. Which could turn into bad names and bad thoughts and no more fun thoughts, maybe.
  
• No snap judgments or skipping to conclusions as a kid. When I was a kid I would loan video games and stuff to other kids and if they returned them then they were a friend or at least a good person. And over time you only have 2 ways of looking at parts of life. Good and bad. So you never think something is bad until results say conclusively that it is bad. And thats when you finally have your list of good things to keep in your life and bad things to stay away from. This can also be seen as, not thinking ahead. But which is better thinking ahead and having analysis paralysis and the feeling of worrying about things, or not judging people or worrying about bad things until they actually do happen.
• Anything is possible as a kid. Because you Don't know any of the reasons why things are not possible yet.
• Kids have no past to dwell on so cannot have any bad feelings about it.
• Kids don't assume anything is bad yet or skip to conclusions because everything is new to them and a new learning lesson, so they haven't learned to label things as bad or difficult yet. Therefor kids have no pessimism.
  
• And only deal with your present circumstance. Weather it be with toys or without, or with friends or without or in the house or out. And never complaining about the current situation because you don't know yet that it's worth complaining about. And never worrying about the present circumstance or the future because you haven't learned yet if there is even anything to worry about in this world.
  
• I think most of all, I was sheltered from the outside world. And I didn't think that there was such a thing as bad in the world. I thought that every human was intelligent and therefor able to make normal correct decisions all the time. Because I hadn't learned of any bad things yet on earth, and so I saw everything as good. And each new individual had a different but perfectly functioning personality. So now I want to go back to living a sheltered existence, where I don't watch the news, or here about any bad things, and I only pay attention to things that come and knock on my door. And maybe even not watch any TV, because you don't get to choose what they put on the air. And live in the present and never focus on the past or the future. And never assume anything or skip to conclusions. or worry, or complain.
  

Relationships Theory

I was watching a religious show of some kind, for some reason, and on it they were saying that a new study had come out that said that the key to long lasting marriages was a feeling of safety and security. Which means if you don't argue or humiliate or insult each other, and instead comfort and support and compliment and be just generally nice and able to handle any and all problems, then you will have a long lasting relationship. Which may also partially work with friends, when you don't insult them, and help them when needed.
So you would write out a list with your spouse of why you wanted them to stay in your life or the reasons you don't want the relationship to fail, and major things that you liked about them, and some dislikes, and goals for the future I think.
I researched this on the internet but could not find any studies in the news or Google that supported it. So for now it is just a theory, and it's up to you to see if it rings true in your mind, or life.

Inherent Human Flaws (updated 2 times)

• Enough is never enough. Some humans always want more. And are never happy no matter where they are at in their finances or social standing or power.

• Humans always have low faith in other humans. In other words humans expect the worst in human behavior out of even their closest friends. And assume that they are deceiving and manipulating.

• Some are only in it for themselves and may do charity only to improve the way that other people see them.

• We are the first species to ever hold ideals above self preservation or survival instinct. As proven by suicide bombers, who have no actual proof of their after life anyway. (This idea gotten from the TV show "What makes us human" Find it on youtube.

• There has always been a certain percentage of the population that is clinically insane, no matter what the size of the population. The only way to correct this inherent flaw in humans is to change the genetic code of humans. Which will not be happening.
