In the coming years the dollar will become more and more worthless and then all bets will soon be off. So you will need to invest in god made money, which is precious metals. Because the dollar is now printed currency(human made)and not gold backed anymore.

So as he says, invest in gold and then if you have at least 8000$ worth now, then you'll be able to buy a house when the dollar is worthless.
Or just live in the wilderness to not have the hassle of the end of the world. Because we may have a Hitler copycat that tries to save our currency system like how world war 2 started. And if the end of the world ever does actually come then the best place to be is on the water. Because no one wants to bomb that. But that's only if the united states becomes chaos from the currency thing. Otherwise we still have the missile shield.
I'm going to try "Etrade" and see if they sell commodities, because of a commercial I saw on TV.
