Is stem cell research unethical

I just posted a pole about this question on http://www.misterpoll.com/971725296.html to see what we all think and see if the president is full of hot air or if we are objectable to the idea. The reason is that, he may be haulting science for personal gain of some sort that we don't know about. And I'm all for science as you know. So we'll see...
