How All Of The Zeta Reticuli, Project Serpo Technology Works

All of this information is only speculation and is not fact. It is only an attempt on my part, based on my own understanding of science and some creative thinking, to explain how the project Serpo devices would function, using our known laws of physics. None of these ideas are even testable. But I only wrote these ideas on the Project Serpo technology as a starting point to further scientific advancement. Not as the final word on the subject. Hopefully these ideas are inspiring to other creative thinkers. And what is now only purely hypothetical, may eventually be turned into a testable theory.
