EEStor Will Succeed!

I now am almost totally certain that EEStor will succeed because the only reason that any scientist has for the ultra-capacitor not working is because the perfection needed for permittivity to be achieved is not possible with todays technology. But where I agree that we cannot make things perfect on the molecular level yet with semiconductor technology, I also know that we will be able to make things that perfect some day, and that it is only a matter of time. We used to only have flash memory of 1 gig, but now with the same sized device it has become more "perfect" or smaller so that the same sized device has 16 gig. Moores law is what investors relied on in the past when investing in IBM and other semiconductor companies. And moores law still holds true for EEStor. It is possible in the future and it will happen, as we make the semiconductor printing process smaller and smaller and therefor more and more perfect we will see EEStor succeed eventually. So I think in the same way that the genome was mapped at faster and faster rates until it was finally done before funding was cut, I think you will also see the predicted unveiling of EEStor's EESU sooner rather than later, and maybe even at the end of 2009 as expected.

The problem of the government getting rid of this technology in some way someday stems from the fact that it's an energy technology. Now they use oil to control people but with this capacitor technology the people in power will now be supplying electricity instead of oil as power. They will either have a monopoly on solar panels or a monopoly on their new NIF fusion energy source. Either way the people in power want to always keep their control over the masses in some way.

So when the stock is doing good and in the news the government starts saying something about the technology being a matter of national security, that's when you want to sell the stock and run for the hills because that's when eminent domain takes it over and the stock will be worthless.

Now is the time to buy gold

My dad just gave me a quick economics lesson.
Now is the time to get a hedge against inflation such as gold or real estate.
The reasons for this can be found in this quick economics lesson:

When the government wants to get more taxes but doesn't want you to know you're being taxed, what do they do?
Well one thing they do is they tax someone other than the nice people that voted for them, like lets say... the energy companies! So they say, "We won't tax you, instead we'll tax those evil energy companies in order to cut down on emissions because it's the green thing to do". But what do the energy companies do? They still need to make their percentage, so they just raise energy prices and pass the buck onto the consumer... that means you! So now through this third party you are being taxed by the government.
But some people can figure out this shell game, so what's another way they can tax you without you knowing? Well they can print money and basically borrow from themselves which is called monetizing the debt, the definition in short is "printing more money, which causes inflation". But this also means that if there is more money but the same amount of goods and services then you just do the math and the same goods and services will now cost more in dollars. But it won't hit the entire economy right away which is good because you have time to buy hedges against inflation before the effects actually hit. People say "But how will we pay off all of this debt?" Oh they don't pay it off, they just print more of what passes for money these days(lets say t-bills), so the debt will always be there.
The fact is that most people are just too stupid to know when they're being taxed. And they think that the government is stupid but, they aren't and they know exactly what they're doing and what's going on.
They had to have known about the housing bubble. Here's why. When the house lending industry was deregulated(actually meaning regulations mandating that unqualified buyers be accepted for loans. Yes this is backwards but correct). This made it so that there were now more people bidding on the same house, when there used to be only 2 qualified buyers there are now 2 qualified buyers and 8 unqualified buyers, all bidding on the same house which because of supply and demand means that the house prices went up. And when the bubble burst this was called a housing "market correction". Where all of the unqualified buyers are now not buying houses the demand went way down and so did the prices.
But houses are always a good investment even if the dollar becomes worthless because even then your renters will just pay in whatever currency is around then. And as they say, "They aren't making land anymore".
But in short whenever they say "We're monetizing the debt" you should run out and buy gold or real estate, because those are hedges against inflation. But with real estate you have leverage so that should be the main thing to buy now especially right after a market correction like this in Florida.
But the one thing I'm not sure of is that if one bar of gold now will buy the same number of loaves of bread per ounce as in the future then you're not actually making money, unless maybe you have the power of leveraging, like with houses. At least you want to retain any money you have already by converting your cash into hedges.

Business Ideas For Becoming Rich

Investment advisers on talk shows like Suze Orman and Dave Ramsey say that if you have any money you should invest in realestate. But this mostly applies to first time home owners and not the people that just lost their job and are selling their home at a discount now.
I can afford this now and I could rent out a room of the house for 200$ a month and pay the rest of the 600$ mortgage payment myself and saving 2oo$ on rent is mathematically the same as working an extra 30 hours a month at a 7$/hour job.
Also I'm trying to start a comic book buying and selling business using the same method as everyone else. Buy at 25% sell at above 25% of book value. The more volume you sell the less mark up you need on each individual comic, and therefor the more customers you get. That's how super markets work, because they only have a 2% mark up on each item but they sell huge volumes.
And even if I can't beat the competition and I only sell for the same price that they do, I'm still getting half of their business.
I would be providing selection of cheap good reading material to the buyer. And I'd be providing quick and easy cash at the same price as ebay to the seller.
This is also low risk because you can always get out of the comic the amount of money that you put into it, if you ever need to end the business.
And I chose to specialize in golden age and silver age because those are comics that people will always want to read and buy.
And I can tell you this because there is lots of room for competition because of the millions of comics that exist out there.
Eighty percent of success is just showing up. - Woody Allen

I chose comics because that's what I have the most resources in. My resources being:
  • I already have a comic book inventory
  • I have extra money every month to invest in whatever I want to.
  • I know how comic book buying and selling works.
  • I like doing the work
  • I can do it in my spare time because I find it fun and it doesn't require much time.
  • There is low barrier to entry. Meaning I can start it immediately and cheaply and easilly.
Of course this business model would work with any type of collectable. Toy trains, coins, video games, art work.
Also if this business works, the business will grow faster than getting raises at my job, and it's all under the table profit, and I can then get onto free medication programs because I will be considered to have low income, and there's low overhead, and I'd be my own boss, and I'd have all of the vacation time I wanted, and I'd be paid to read comics, and I'd just reinvest any profit into more comics and better comics until I emmassed a fortune.
My friend at work said that he once worked for a guy that bought and sold coins for a living, and one day his boss drove up in a Ferrari and said hop in. That's the kind of money you can emmass in the consignment biz.

But this is all if I don't already get rich off of my Zenn stock that I'm invested in, which might be the next model T ford company.

The Theory Behind Becoming Rich

The best and simplest unified theory I've found is: Buy low, sell high, and always have spare liquid assets or cash to invest when the market is low.

Other theories are "creating value", And also that "the price is set by the buyer" and "value is in the mind of the buyer". But these aren't very easy to understand or apply in any way, and they don't really explain all aspects of money making in one simple unifying theory. But I haven't heard every economic theory that is around, so if you have a better simple theory then feel free to type it in the "comments section".

The reason why it's always easier to make money once you already have money, is just a matter of scale. When you have a million dollars earning only 10% interest in an investment, that translates into 100,000$ which is more than most poor people ever see in cash equivalents. Sort of like how the scale of an ant compared to an elephant. 20 ft of walking is short for an elephant but seems like a mile for an ant.

having lots of money is like having another person working for you, because the money performs work by itself without any supervision, and then gives all of its proceeds to you.

Factoid: Rich people on average life longer than poor people because they can afford any kind of medical care. Even if it's located across the world.

I'm lucky enough to be ready to buy a house when the market has gone down, so now in Florida there are lots of 2 bedroom 2 bath houses for 50,000$ or less soon.

I'm also lucky to be invested in Zenn stock while it's still a penny stock. And if the smartest people in the world are mistaken about investing in this one, then nobody is smart enough to invest properly. The risk with this company is loosing half of your money if it fails, but the reward of this company is gaining 5 times as much money if it succeeds in it's claims, by the end of the year.

Always have maximum reward and minimum risk in all investments. Or just as a general rule in every aspect of life other than money.

The problem is knowing when the market is at the bottom and when the market is at the top. So don't guess, instead just be in a position to take advantage of profitable opportunities after they become available. In other words you don't need to know when the market is at the bottom if you know for a fact that the market will be up sometime in the future. And alternatively you don't need to know when the market is at the top, because as long as you've made a profit then you can sell at any time. If you don't know what the future is short term, then invest for the long term.

In the end only buy things when they are priced at the lowest price that they should ever be at, when opportunity knocks. That way if they ever go up in price at all, then you can sell them at any time that you want, and it will always be profitable, without the need to predict.

An example of "buying low, selling high", is buying limited edition collector item games, in mint unopened condition when they just went out of print and then waiting for the demand to kick in at the next Christmas season and then sell them on ebay. If nothing else, you'll get back you're original investment, which means minimal risk. See collecting video games post

News To Keep Track Of, For Further Advancements.

Type the following into "google news" search engine, if the links don't work, and read the latest developments. Also if you bookmark this post it's a turn key way to follow the news if these topics interests you.

Optical memory or optical data storage or wiki: Will lead to denser data storage

Optical computers
: Faster more powerful less need for cooling computers. Watch light wave logic stock.

"Super laser" or "National ignition facility" or "(NIF)" or "Super Marx generator" : For new infinite energy or space travel or ray guns, etc.

"John Kanzius" : This is for the cancer cure of the Kanzius machine. Which is now getting funding for further testing. Also see: His organizations website.

"EEstor" Or, "Zenn Cars" : For developments in ultracapacitor technology.

"Mimic Resveratrol" : For new anti aging medications and how they work is currently being studied. We may live as long as the Japanese soon.

"Biometrics" : If and when they discover a type that you cannot forge, then identity theft will be a thing of the past, as banks adopt this, as well as grocery stores.

"Nuclear Fusion" : This technology is currently being developed by the top scientists in the world for infinite clean energy. But this is "vapor ware" that they may or may not have a breakthrough in for a while.

"OLED" : This is going to be the next type of TV and also lighting for every room in the house and will be very, very cheap to buy, eventually. Invest in GE or Fraunhofer Institute, for OLED lighting, for dividends not for growth. This market will be massive when the tech is here. Also see a prediction post.

"Solid state fan", or "Electro- aerodynamic pumping" : This is a new technology that may invest in if possible, and which may one day be used for hover boards, or rocket packs, if enough thrust is possible. This is the same technology as "lifter" technology that is shown on youtube, and which the "Mythbusters" proved is NOT anti-gravity(See: Antigravity episode).

"Active Building Envelopes(ABE)": A new theoretical form of passive temperature moderation over any structure except the windows. made out of thin film solar panels combined with thin film peltier effect materials. Being made at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). And the National Science Foundation is supporting them.

"Artificial gecko hairs or skin" or "gecko tape": Huge advances are being made in this field.

"Solid State Drive(SSD)" : Made out of flash memory drives and is solid state and efficient, but for now it is very expensive.

"Johnson Thermo-Electrochemical Converter System", or Google it for more news/info : This I found in Vol.185 ,No.11 issue of popular mechanics. Its a solid state thermoelectric generator, and may be more efficient than a sterling engine. Or the most efficient thermoelectric conversion possible (or "ideal" efficiency)within the second law of thermodynamics. If this is as compact, and light weigt, and compatible as solar panels then it could make a solar heat powered car!!

"Acoustic fridge", or "Thermoacoustic refrigeration" : Currently cost $10,000, but hopefully one day will replace the modern fridge when mass produced because they are solid state with no moving parts, and are quiet, and efficient, and eco-friendly.

On youtube look for:

"Variant edition" Or, "Comicbook reviews" : To save you the trouble of buying and reading bad comics(Sort the videos by date added). Also go on "myspace darkhorse comics"(free comics)

A Holy Grail Stock

Invest in this before the end of the year, which is when they will announce a production model, and stock price will soar. Also after investing in this you may then invest in OLED televisions and lighting. And invest in EEStor after it goes public. And also invest in solar panels when they're being used for public power when energy is stored at night in EEStor capacitors. And also invest in multi junction solar panels again when they have close to 70% efficiency, for use in solar powered vehicles. ALSO SEE: Looking into the future
Super capacitors:
Will be game changing in the energy storage industry. They never degrade, have instant charge times, are almost 100% energy efficient, and even can have more energy density than the best batteries theoretically. Look to the new super capacitor being invented right now from EEstor on wikipedia. (A.K.A. EEstor inc.). And they will also be in a new vehicle made by the company Zenn. It may also be wise to invest in the companies stock of Zenn or EEstor before they multiply and split by an online stock trading site like "E*trade"that should be reputable because of them being able to put commercials on TV. I was recently looking on youtube under "EEstor" and they said that ZENN automotive stock is a speculative stock. And that it's at 4$ right now and if the technology didn't work then the stock would drop to 1$ but if the technology did work then the stock price would rise to 20$/share. And I plan on investing at least $1,000 in their stock because if it works I will be able to buy one of their cars with gain in stock value. But I'm also willing to take the risk of loosing the money, because I believe in the science as being just as important of a new technology as fiber optics were when they were invented. Here's the stock info page. Also Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, on this Wikipedia page(Wikipedia is, I'd say, 99.8% fact) is a venture capital investment firm who counts Google and Amazon among their early-stage successes, has also invested heavily in the company. Look under their investments for where it says Eestor as a 2007 investment. And also Lockheed Martin is investing in EEstor for sole use of the patent in the US, in the military, see: This press release. Look to EEstor, inc.'s private company information page also. And also since watching almost every video that they have on youtube under the search "ZENN car" I now have confidence in investing in a company that is as professional as them. Even if the bigger car companies out there will one day overtake them, by getting license to the same capacitor technology. Also definitely read the press releases on ZENN motors website, under "news". http://www.zenncars.com/
