The Future

The future is going to be extremely dangerous, I look at it as a mix between "the fifth element", "futurama", and a little bit of "star trek". When we go into space we will encounter strange things. We will encounter species that can control our thoughts and alter our environments with their minds and we will basically be playing mind games with them. We will encounter warlike species and will go to full on military wars at some point which could destroy us as an entire species if they ruptured our global systems. We will be exploring extremely harsh environments that only the toughest, smartest, and most capable men will be able to survive like the survival expert "bear grills". We will have to train these people from early childhood how to use their brain not just facts. We will encounter hostile life and have to assess unknown situations with minimal casualties.
There will always be the 2 percent of us with brain damage who are sociopaths. But that's what makes life interesting. There has to be some conflict. There will still be secret societies out in space which will pop up and the only way to protect ourselves is for there to be no mysteries. All wars throughout time have been information wars and the only way to protect yourself is for there to be freedom of information and no more secrets. But there will still be private investors and scientists that will always make new secrets. Evil will always exist the same as since the beginning of time, so we will have to live with it and cannot live without it.
We need money still in order to convince people to do things that they don't want to do. But they should be allowed to know the truth at least about what they are doing. But regular dangerous jobs will become less dangerous with medical advancements. This is our future and it will be dangerous and may cost us our entire human race at some point but I will quote Captain Pickard from the first episode of "STTNG" , "if we're going to be damned, let us be damned for who we really are!"
This is our universe just as much as anyone elses universe and as long as we do not have hostile intentions we will make friends.
The true meaning is to go forward always persuing those equations of perfection that we will never reach because real utopia is not a place or destination but a mindset and a journey which is "the pursuit of happiness".
And what the heck... we have nothing better to do!
